Lunatique will present its first booth this Thursday, September 7th, at the Pioneer Square First Thursday Art Walk in Seattle. Look for our booth in Occidental Park, under the blue awning! We will be there from 9am-8pm.
My business partner Mysie will be there with her elegant beaded jewelry. I will have handmade mosaic boxes and picture frames, made with primarily recycled and found objects. Also featured will be needle-worked felt cat toys, made by hand out of minimally processed undyed local wool, and marinated in organic catnip.
My sweetie, Robert Rogalski, will also be doing an artist signing of his children's book, Mrs. Murphy's Marvelous Mansion, at his own booth in Occidental Park.
Perhaps not coincidentally, the moon is full on September 7th, and a partial lunar eclipse takes place while Lunatique experiences its first day of commerce.
Please do come visit, then head over to Vidya Gallery for a first-hand look at Jotentre, the lifelike Scandinavian Tree Troll co-designed by Rob!
Love,
Rowan
