I didn't fill out all the categories, indeed some categories I didn't nominate anything at all, though this year I have made more effort to read/watch current/eligible works.

I've mostly decided on my ranking & it's a two horse race between Ann Leckie's "Ancillary Justice" & Charles Stross' "Neptune's Brood". They both give that sensawunder, lightning bolt, thrill. Call it what you will, it's the x-factor that makes a novel award-worthy to me ( Read more... )
