Today I took my car in to the shop. I don't like being without a car. Well, they gave me a rental. So, I must be more explicit, it seems. I don't like being without my car. Beyond it being a memeber of the family, it's just plain better than the rental. I just can't feel the road in the rental. Why is it that so many car makers try to isolate drivers from the act of driving? How can you enjoy driving without being connected to the road? About a week before I'm back in my car.
