PATRICK: hi, how can I help you?
manuel amaro: hello patrick
manuel amaro: habla español?
PATRICK: nope
manuel amaro: yo quisiera informacion sobre un envio internacional a venezuela por ups el cual no ha llegado en el tiempo previsto

(Yes I know, I DO speak spanish... but if my employers found out then I'd have to deal with all the portugese customers as no one here knows the difference... and I'm lazy... Just the same: COME ON! He also contacted technical support in order to ask about international shipping!)
