Longshot had a day off of training. He was puttering around on the fourth floor, making sure all the baby gate stuff was in place and that even more safety things were in place. Both of his children were as curious as he was, and there had been some close calls already.

He had borrowed a work belt from Dakota and was walking around checking on things here and there. He thought he heard the kids playing around behind the gate in their nursery.
