blahhhh.....
I hate finals time. Not because I have finals (and I do have finals, but somehow seem to cope), but because everyone else in the school becomes more inane than ever.... Stupid people...
So, in between arguing with people for the last three days, I managed to finish my senior design presentation, and my transportation final. Transportation final got finished and electronically submitted at 3pm. Class was canceled (yay!).
1) Stupid people and their coffee cups... Big sign on the door that says "No food or drink allowed inside." So which is it? Illiterate, arrogant, oblivious, or stupid? Pick one and get the fuck out of my computer center.
2) Don't lie to me, or tell me that I don't know how to do my job. Especially in the middle of the computer center, or in front of my boss. And no, your problem is not so important that I wouldn't know about it because I'm not important enough. See, my boss knows you're full of shit, and rude and stupid on top of that. Guess what? Now whenever you want things done for you it will now require at least three levels of bureaucracy before we even think about it, and I'm reporting you to the dean for unprofessional behavior, Professor. Oh, and by the way, your printer isn't broken, you dumb fuck, it needed new toner.
3) If I tell you I don't have a disk to let you borrow, that means I don't have one. I don't care if you only need it for five minutes to transfer a file. I don't have one!!! We sometimes have blank disks we can lend out to students to do just the kind of thing you want to do. But guess what? Other students have already done that and then not returned them. We're all out. There's a Staples down the block.
I should remember to eat in the middle of the day. I haven't done that in the past three four days....
Ice cream sounds good right now....
