Tuna fish salad

Made from half of a leftover (huge!!) blackened tuna steak, the three-pepper relish they served with it, a little bit of mayo, and some of the leftover mashed potatoes to stretch it just a little. A little ground pepper, and stir with a fork. Could have used a bit more salt, but it was good...

Yesterday and today have been chilling out days. I started and finished a book yesterday... Chris' parents finally threw us out of the house yesterday around 1:30 and we went shopping..

Oops! Gotta go! There has been an invitation to explore the wonderful world of the tandem (two-person) kayak. Must change and put sunblock on!!
