Ok, I know I never really write in here, but this is tooooooooo good to keep to myself!
Two days ago when we arrived in Edinburgh, Scotland from London, England, we decided to take a short tour of the area after the sun had set (which here is close to 11:00PM)... As we walked by various establishments, we heard some live music emitting from a very small pub along the road. Our group wondered into a group of Scotsmen listening to a man by the name of Andy Chung - an Asian Scotsman. Scottish by birth and speech, but of Asian descent.
When we introduced ourselves to Mr. Chung and told him we were from Virginia in the USA, he played a special song just for us... Can you guess which song he played? Let me give you a clue.
"Iiiiiiiiin theeeeeeeee blue ridge mountains of Virginia on the Trail of the Lonesome Pine..."
Yep, an Asian Scotsman from Edinburgh, Scotland sang "The Trail of the Lonseome Pine" to a group of Americans from Virginia...
This is the honest truth - how weird/cool/awesome is that?!?!?!
