Well, as I said in my last entry, it turns out that despite my dinner disaster on Sunday, my dessert was a hit.  Today, I tried it for myself, and I have to say it was pretty good.  Keep in mind, that I'm actually not a fan of cheesecake, and I truly made this dessert with Scott in mind.  I hoped that this particular take on it was something that ( Read more... )
