So I only have two more days of work left: tomorrow from 2-close and then Saturday from 10-6:30. I find myself questioning whether I should even bother showing up either of these days. I'm sure I should go tomorrow cuz then I can get my paycheck without getting yelled out. I don't like yelling or getting yelled at. Raised voices frighten me. So I know I'm working tomorrow. Saturday is another story. Part of me just says forget it. I've already been told by my previous boss that I have the mid shift, which is not vitally important. The mid-shift is simply there to help out. Now, this saturday and sunday are kids days. We will be swamped. Work will most likely need me. But do I care? Part of me cares simply because there are a coupel people there that I still like...well one of them is on vacation, so only one person...but that's besides the point.
I would hate to screw them over. On the other hand...I hate work. Then there is also the fact that I would like to see if my manager gets me anything like he tried to get Tim. My manager practically had to be held down to keep from humping Tim's leg as he left work. It was disgusting. I think I saw his eyes glitter and a little drool on his mouth *shiver*. He is a disgusting man. Nice guy, but annoying in the field of work. Anywho...I think I'll just show up a little late, and if I get tired of work I'll just say "That's it. I can't take it anymore. I'm leaving. Goodbye." And leave. It's not like they can do anything to me. The chances of me coming back to that place now that Tim works at Benchmark are very very slim. I know I need to pick up one more paycheck after tomorrows, but that will be a very simple task of walking in, getting it, and leaving.
OHOHOHOHOH!
Tim has a kitten!!!!
*jumps up and down*
Apparently a guy at Paul's (Paul being Tim's disgusting older brother)work had some kittens and this one kitten was the only one left. The bastard was going to leave her in the bed of his truck over night. Ugh, such people make me sick. Well Paul brought her home. She's so cute! Jo wanted to name her Skiddy the Bringer of Destruction and Chaos, and Paul wanted to name her Sparrow (after Jack Sparrow). The family out voted him and named her Skiddy. She's so cute.
In other news I saw Lady in the Water tonight with Tim. I was very much NOT disappointed! I was afraid he was going to do something like he did in the Village, but he succeeded in not destroying the ending. I am very pleased with the movie and it should be watched by all. Some commentor on some show or another said it was a disappointment and waste of time, and he shoudl be shot. Heaven forbid someone have an original fairytale. Or perhaps he was just disappointed she didn't have a tale. Boo-hoo.
Anywho, I'm going to get some sleep.
Lesson of the Day: I too can fall into the traps of society. I bought Sodoku today...It looks interesting...Beware the numbers!!!!
