Dream Journal Transcription (part II)
July 23, 1997
(From here on, the dreams are written by myself)
I dreamed Laura and I were in a store. I found some Breyer horses. I found a dapple gray, a dark brown, a tan and a black. I picked up the dapple, then I noticed it had five legs. I looked at the other horses. The tan one had six legs and the black had five. I chose the dark brown one. It was the only one with four legs.

I dreamed the Slayers characters found an inflatable swimming pool and they were pulling it with two ponies, one white and one brown. I was riding the white pony. Then they filled it up and Valgaav went swimming and morphed into a fish. When he morphed back, he noticed that everything seemed taller. Then he found out that he had been transformed back into a kid.
He heard Jiras say something to Lina; "why do you always lose him?" Then Aurora woke me up.

The first thing I remember was being at some kind of meeting with Aurora, Tony, and some other people I didn't know. We were talking about an alien (who looked a lot like the villain from Galaxy Quest) and someone handed me a note that said we would have to kill her. Then we took a break and the alien showed up (I can't remember her name, but it started with M). Everyone was out in the hall of the building - which looked like the inside of the energy center - except for Aurora and I. The alien came in and summoned a monster that looked like a gorilla out of the tv screen. Aurora also had some kind of monster for a pet, so I let her take care of the gorilla while I warned everyone about what was happening.
Tony and I split up from the group and walked into the yard, which was a lot like the duck pond, but without the pond itself. We were on top of a very high hill and saw her coming towards us. We ran.
I remember running to a hill and jumping amazingly high to get over it, then there was a bridge with a steep slope downward so I jumped over that too. (In my dreams I can always run very fast or jump so high it's almost like flying, but no matter how hard I try, I can never really fly.)
We ran back inside the building - there were no doors - and into this big room that just cut off halfway through so that it only had three walls and one side opened into the yard. There were three guys on motorcycles who rode toward me and only turned at the last second. it was really annoying.
Then the alien came again with a giant spider she had summoned earlier. I remember before this part, telling Tony I wouldn't go down with him because there was a giant spider. He'd thought I meant a large but ordinary spider. Anyway, we ran outside and were in my backyard instead of the duck pond. I climbed over the fence, like I do when I'm running from Devin, and ran down the alley. I heard the alien yelling at me, but I didn't go back. I climbed over fences and ran through peoples' backyards until I saw a familiar house. It didn't look like it does in the anime, but i still knew who lived there. I ran inside and told Filia, Jiras and Gravos what was going on. By this time, Tony, the spider, and the alien had come. Filia blasted the spider. Then, like in Galazy Quest, the alien started shooting everyone, but it didn't kill us. She tied us all up in Filia's house and set a time bomb. She left when there were four minutes remaining and when she was gone, Filia untied us.
Filia grabbed the bomb, morphed into a drago, and we all climbed on her back, then she threw the bomb into the creek. It was full of water, but for some reason didn't stop the bomb. Filia flew as far away as she could, since she didn't know how big the explosion would be, but it was really very small. Only wrecked part of the creek. Then Filia landed back at her house and everyone healed and I woke up.

I dreamed I was in a huge room with a very high ceiling with lots of windows and sky-lights. I was learning to ride a broom. It was very hard to control and I kept on bumping my head on the ceiling, but after a while I must have gotten the hang of it because I remember flying down the hallway while showing off to my mom. It was still a little tricky because if I got too close to the ground i would fall. I was afraid to go outside because if I lost control I might fly too high and then fall off.
This is the first time I can ever remember flying in my dreams. ^_^V

April 2, 2003
I dreamed I was Legolas. I was protecting King Theoden from a bunch of orcs. Everyone else had escaped. The orcs were throwing big wooden spears, and I jumped in front of Theoden to save him and was hit in the back. I kept trying to fight, but then they shot me in the neck with a poison dart and killed Theoden.
The next part of the dream happened a little bit later, at some kind of fair that reminded me of the may fair in the movie "Camelot". I was still injured, so they carried me out on a stretcher to see my friends (Frodo, Aragorn, and the others, of course).
Then it was even later and I was almost fully recovered, but this time I was both myself and Legolas, and I was walking with Devin and Tony. (I remember feeling guilty for failing the king.)
Next, the dream switched again and I was completely myself, in English class, only Ms. Witte had a horse in the classroom which she said she was going to train to be a jumper. I tried to pet the horse, but she (it was a brown mare) tried to bite me, so I got a packet of sugar from my kitchen table and fed it to her. After that she liked me. Ms. Witte was very happy. (You know how i like to impress her.)
Something was wrong with the busses, so Laura had to drive me home.
As I started to wake up, the dream went back to me being Legolas, but I was awake before anything could happen.

April 17, 2003
I dreamed we discovered an old egyptian tomb buried in the backyard, but every time someone moved something out of it, it would be moved back later. Finally we found out that our new cat Spike was the one moving the treasures. He turned out to be the reincarnation of a pharaoh who was buried in the tomb. We agreed not to move any of the treasures in his tomb and he was happy.
I don't remember if this part came before or after that, but I also dreamed that I had a bunch of pictures of Lestat and Louis on my wall, and when I stared at them long enough, they seemed to move.

May 2, 2003
In this dream, I switched back and forth between being myself and being Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho. It started out at a choir trip and randomly two lynxes walked by and said hello to me, then the dream skipped ahead to the concert. It was my house merged with an outdoor auditorium, and the choir was going to perform soon.
We were demons.
Aside from me there was Hiei, and also two demons named Quinn and Silavase. There was also an old lady like Yubaba from Spirited Away who was our leader.
Hiei and I were sitting on the porch while he worked on a spell to break a seal on my powers. We sat next to each other and closed our eyes. Hiei was using magic cards, and one floated up to touch my forehead, but then he interrupted the spell and said that we should wait until we were alone, because people were starting to show up to see the performance.
Right before we started singing, though, I got a bad feeling and sneaked out. I went inside to a dark bedroom and found Ms. Shaeffer, who was also a demon and was supposed to be watching over a little girl we were taking care of, but the girl was gone. The room smelled like smoke and vomit. >_< (yes, I drew text-faces in my dream journal...)
Somehow I knew the Yubaba lady had done something to the girl, so I went to talk to her. She said we should talk somewhere private and led me down to a basement, where we started fighting.
Before I continue, let me explain something. We collected little bubbles that were our "lives". If we lost or destroyed one, we would go to the spirit world. We could rest and regain our power, but if we had no life bubbles left, we were stuck forever. Once, Quinn and Silavase had fought Yubaba, and she had tried to trap Quinn in the spirit world, but he had found a way out.
Now, back to my fight.
I was shooting little red energy arrows at her, but she just laughed. She had black skin and huge green eyes.
My energy bullets grew bigger and turned white and I was actually beating her, but then she cast a spell at me, and trapped me in the spirit world.
I could see where the walls of the house were, but they looked like ruins. I went into the kitchen and saw Laura, but she couldn't see or hear me. The floor and ceiling were a pink, purple and blue swirling void.
I started to panic, but remembered that Quinn had escaped before. I went to the spot where Hiei and I had been sitting, and tried to think of a way out. I think I finally did, but then I woke up.

June 2nd, 2003
I dreamed I was in a huge building with an indoor swimming pool. The ceiling was very high and there was a ledge next to the pool that was almost as tall. I had webbed flaps attached to my arms. I would dive off the ledge and be able to glide over the pool using these wing-like flaps.
That was only part of the dream, though.
I was actually an android that i had built to look just like me. We were at Evan's birthday party and, along with the flying trick, I was also getting to try some food because I had never eaten before.

August 1st, 2003
I dreamed that I dreamed I was Yuna from Final Fantasy X-2, and then I dreamed that I woke up, but thought I was still dreaming. Instead of the air conditioner in the window, there was a defense system with two lasers. It was storming, and I thought the storm would cause the system to malfunction and shoot me, so I shot it first. Where the computer was supposed to me, there was a machine that looked like an arcade game. I shot it just because it was making too much noise, but it was hooked up to all the electric things in the house and it deleted all the Playstation games on the memory cards, and all the music files on the computer. I had to admit to Tony and Devin that it was my fault. Now that was a nightmare!

I dreamed the house was in Africa, and there were cheetahs in the backyard. A cheetah broke through the bathroom window and chased me around the house. The power was out, so it was hard to see. Tony and I were on my bed, and the cheetah ran out of the corner. It startled me, making me fall of the bed, and I woke up.

I dreamed that Devin cut off my head with a laser sword, but I didn't die. I started to get really scared, then I woke up at 5:00 in the morning and had to read some of my book, The Wanderer, to get back to sleep...
