YunHo opened his eyes and stared at JaeJoong, wondering if he had heard the plea from his mate correctly. “Yun, please stop…” Sniffed JaeJoong and stared desperately at YunHo. JaeJoong saw that YunHo stared at him and repeated his words, “Stop and I will turn into a vampire, for you…” JaeJoong avoided YunHo’s eyes, afraid to look at him so he would see the fear in his eyes but he had made his decision and he would do everything he could to help YunHo. JaeJoong thought that it was not fair that YunHo would suffer only because he was so stubborn and afraid for chances. JaeJoong’s hands were shaking in YunHo’s strong grip but he tried to hold still, trying desperate to look strong for YunHo. YunHo pushed himself with a trembling body upright and squeezed JaeJoong’s shaking hands in, knowing exactly what JaeJoong was feeling, even now that he was so weak and in so much pain. YunHo forced himself to speak, knowing that his voice would tremble. “JaeJoong, are you sure? I only want to help you and don’t want to force you to something you’re afraid of… And don’t tell me that you aren’t afraid, I know that you are.” JaeJoong swallowed and was still avoiding YunHo’s eyes when he spoke, “Yes, I’m afraid and I’m not sure if I will be happy if I’m doing this, but I want to try… I don’t want you to suffer because of me and I’m not stupid and know that if you’re not stopping with what you’re doing you could die if things are going wrong. I don’t want to live alone and if I need to make a choice between you and my human live, I choose you…” JaeJoong’s cheeks were burning, he was ashamed to speak those words out loud but he meant every words that he had spoke.
He suddenly felt YunHo’s hand under his chin and YunHo pushed his face up so that he could look YunHo in his eyes. “JaeJoong, if I’m stopping now you will feel sick again and the pain would also return, are you sure you want this?” YunHo was happy that JaeJoong had finally spoke those words he was dreaming of for a long time, but he wanted to be sure that this was really what JaeJoong wanted. Because if he stopped now there was no way back, he would not be able to do this again in a few months, so if he stopped, JaeJoong must transform into a vampire if he wanted to survive. JaeJoong was not trusting his voice so he nodded, ignoring the little voice in his head who was telling him that he was a fool and that he was throwing his whole life away, everything he had worked so hard for to achieved in his own life. But he ignored the little voice, knowing that his live as a normal human was over and that it was pointless to try to live a live without YunHo. “Okay” said YunHo softly and helped JaeJoong to lie down again, “you will be sick in a few seconds, try to relax.” JaeJoong nodded again and closed his eyes. But even now that he knew the pain and that he would feel it again, he was still shocked when he felt it again. His body shook and he let out a soft moan.
JaeJoong felt in a haze how YunHo moved next him and realized after a few minutes that YunHo had closed his arms around his now again weak body. JaeJoong drifted tired to sleep, happy to feel YunHo’s strong arms around his body.
Now that YunHo wanted to do something else than he had planned he needed to take a few preparations before he could turn JaeJoong into a vampire. He needed to seal all the doors in the house so that JaeJoong could not leave without his permission. JaeJoong would not know how to break the seals without a proper training so YunHo was sure that he could hold JaeJoong inside the house. YunHo knew that JaeJoong would search for blood when he opened his eyes for the first time as a newborn vampire and that he would kill to get all the needed blood he wanted. YunHo could not offer JaeJoong his own blood, it was very dangerous for two vampires to drink each other’s blood, the vampire who have drank the blood could die. It was important to have blood in the house so that JaeJoong could rink enough blood to calm down and think normal. YunHo left the house in a hurry and searched for the place where blood was in storage, vampires could buy the blood when it was time for a human mate to transform. YunHo took all the blood he thought he would need and ran back to their house. On his way back he passed a lot vampires with their human mates and all those vampires and mates stopped wand wished him good luck, they knew what YunHo wanted to do when they saw all the blood YunHo was carrying.
When he was back inside the house and had again sealed all the doors behind him he checked on the still sleeping JaeJoong. JaeJoong was tossing restlessly in the bed, his hears stuck to his forehead by a thin layer of sweat and his face was pale again. YunHo closed the door to their bedroom behind him and dimmed all the lights in the room, creating shadows in the whole room. He knew that when JaeJoong opened his eyes again as a vampire everything would look strange, scared and maybe even a little threatening. JaeJoong’s eyes would also be sensitive to the light so a dark room was the best place for JaeJoong to open his eyes. YunHo sad next JaeJoong on the bed and took a few deep breaths to calm himself down. This was what he always wanted, his own mate to be a vampire and now was it going to happen! Was he ready? YunHo wondered if he would be a good partner for JaeJoong, he wondered if he was capable to make his mate happy and if he would be a good teacher for JaeJoong when he was a newborn vampire. YunHo would be lying to himself if he said that he would do everything good and that he wouldn’t make any mistakes, but he also thought that he would do it good enough to make JaeJoong happy.
YunHo hovered above JaeJoong and stroked JaeJoong’s cheek with his fingertip to wake him up. “Wake up my love” whispered YunHo and kissed him gently on his forehead. YunHo saw that JaeJoong was waking up a little but was still not fully awake. JaeJoong tried to ignore YunHo, he was so tried and wanted to sleep a little longer. He was also afraid to open his eyes, afraid for the pain, the tiredness but also what would happen if he was awake, what he had promised to YunHo. But what JaeJoong had not expected was YunHo’s reaction. YunHo didn’t needed to read JaeJoong’s mid to know why JaeJoong was afraid to open his eyes, he knew that JaeJoong was still afraid, even now that he had promised YunHo that he would do it. YunHo wanted to make everything perfect, he wanted that this would be a memory for JaeJoong he never wanted to forget, a memory he would be cherish and not a bad memory about pain, fear and stress. YunHo pressed his lips to JaeJoong’s and kissed him passionately. He stroked JaeJoong’s weak and wounded body softly with his hands and tried to help JaeJoong relax. JaeJoong clung to YunHo and closed his eyes again, remembering what would happen soon to him and felt suddenly afraid again. “Yun, what would happen when I’m transforming? Will it hurt? And am I still myself when I’m a… when I’m a vampire…” JaeJoong was afraid to ask those questions, afraid to hear the answers, but he needed to know. He hated it when he didn’t know what would happen and he hated the unexpected. YunHo rubbed JaeJoong’s back with his hand soothingly and wanted to use his vampire powers to help JaeJoong calm but he knew that he couldn’t do it, when JaeJoong would drink his blood his body must be free from any vampire influence. “Don’t worry, turning into a vampire would not hurt, but you will feel a little strange. You body will feel my blood, my powers and my strength. You body will also chance, it is not painful but you would not like it. When the transformation is halfway you will pass out and wake up when you’re a vampire.
And when that happens and you’re awake you will be very thirsty. You want to drink blood and you will be confused. As a human you’re not seeing the world as it really is, but as a vampire you will. Everything around you will look strange and some newborn vampires are afraid for the first time they seeing the world. You eyes would be sensitive and you will hear and feel all sorts of things you now don’t. You will have you own vampire powers but you can’t use them without me to teach you how, it is dangerous to try it without a vampire who can help you. But you will feel you powers, even if you’re don’t use them. You will be very confused and you will not like it Jae…” YunHo paused and listened to JaeJoong’s thoughts, searching for more questions or fears. When he noted that JaeJoong was still fearful, but not in panic he answered JaeJoong’s last question. “You asked me if you will be still the same when you’re a vampire and I can’t answer that easy. You will be different, you will be no longer a human and you will lost some of you human emotions, time is passing different for us and the thinks you liked as a human could be different when you’re a vampire. But you will be still yourself, only stronger. Do you understand what I mean?” Asked YunHo. He was worried that he was not explaining everything not clearly enough for JaeJoong, he had never had this conversation before and hoped that he did everything the good way.
“Yes” answered JaeJoong with a little voice, he had understand everything YunHo had told him but he did still not like everything he had heard. “And are you okay with it? I can’t help you with my vampire powers during you transformation, but I can help you when you’re transformed.” JaeJoong thought suddenly about Micky and looked worried. “Will Micky be okay when I’m… When I’m a vampire?” JaeJoong looked around him in the dimly lit room, searching for Micky but didn’t found him. “Where is Micky?” Asked JaeJoong when he realized that Micky wasn’t in the room. “Micky will be fine, I have locked him in the bathroom and I have sealed the door so you can’t come in without my help. JiJi will be fine but you can’t see him for a few days till you can control you blood thirst.” JaeJoong was not happy to hear that, he didn’t like the thought that he would be dangerous to others and could not control himself. He wanted to control his own life, but he was losing apparently even that. “When will I be able to control myself again?” JaeJoong was still unsure and hated to talk about this, but he needed to know what to expect so that he would not be too afraid for all the strange things what would happen. “I don’t know” answered YunHo thoughtfully. “Every vampire is reaction differently on their new life and some vampires are needing some more time to adjust while other newborn vampires are faster in their learning progress. I don’t know how you will react to you new life but I will help you.” JaeJoong did not like YunHo’s answer, he wanted for YunHo to tell him exactly what would happen end how long it would take him to be himself again. He really hated chances and the unexpected.
YunHo sensed JaeJoong’s feelings but did not know what he could do to make it easier for JaeJoong. “Are you ready for it?” Asked YunHo eventually, he didn’t wanted to postpone it any longer than necessary, it would be more difficult for JaeJoong if he waited longer than was necessary. “NO!” Answered JaeJoong a little too quick and clung to the bed sheets, suddenly afraid. “C- Can I eat something first?” JaeJoong tried to hold off a little bit longer and looked away from YunHo. He missed the hurtful expression on YunHo’s face when JaeJoong reacted still afraid. YunHo did understanding why JaeJoong was so afraid to lose his humanity but he wondered why JaeJoong was so afraid to be a vampire, he would live longer, would be stronger and everything in his life would be better than before. Was it really that bad to be a vampire? YunHo liked his own life as a vampire, when he was a human was his life not perfect, life was hard and painful. He lived in a other time than JaeJoong now and if he was honest, being a vampire was the best thing ever happened in his human life. YunHo nodded to JaeJoong but wanted that his mate stayed in his bed, “stay here and try to rest while I bring you some food.” YunHo hoped that JaeJoong would calm a little when he was alone while YunHo was preparing JaeJoong’s food.
Ten minutes later he brought JaeJoong a bowl Kimchi and watched JaeJoong while he ate slowly, trying to hold the transformation a little longer of. But when JaeJoong’s bowl with Kimchi was almost empty he knew that he couldn’t avoid it any longer. When he looked up at YunHo he saw that YunHo was staring questioningly at him. But before JaeJoong could speak to YunHo he felt sick, he knew why, his body responded bad to every food he ate lately since he was sick. JaeJoong opened his mouth to ask YunHo for help but YunHo had already placed a bucked before JaeJoong where he could throw up in. JaeJoong regretted now that he had eaten but he could think about nothing else at that moment. “I’m sorry” whispered JaeJoong when he was done, he looked guilty at YunHo, he knew that he was reacting as a little child. “It’s okay” smiled YunHo, “you’re afraid.” JaeJoong felt bad about himself now that YunHo was even now so patient with him, even now that he had caused so much delay. JaeJoong closed his eyes and tried to gather all his courage so that he could do what was needed now. “Let’s do it before I’m afraid again and will stop.” While JaeJoong spoke he held his eyes close but fiddled nervously with his hands on the bed sheets, trying to distract himself.
YunHo said nothing this time, he knew that if he spoke now that JaeJoong would hesitate again and he wanted to avoid that. YunHo took JaeJoong’s shaking body in his arms and kissed him on his neck. “I love you” whispered his in JaeJoong’s ear and bite him next. He pressed his fangs in JaeJoong’s soft flesh and heard JaeJoong’s painful scream. He felt how JaeJoong’s body shook in his arms and he felt JaeJoong’s fear, pain and tension between their bond but tried to ignore it. He needed to be strong now for JaeJoong, he would make everything only harder if he stopped now that JaeJoong was in so much pain. He needed to be strong and he must handle confidently and resolute. He tasted JaeJoong’s delicious blood and lost himself almost in his bloodlust. YunHo sucked harder on JaeJoong’s neck, trying to feel more of JaeJoong’s body and to taste more of his warm blood. But he needed to stop before he would hurt JaeJoong to much, he had already drunk enough blood for the transformation to word. With reluctance he released JaeJoong’s neck and licked a last time across JaeJoong’s bite mark to remove a few blood drops and released JaeJoong from his strong grip. When he saw JaeJoong’s face he felt guilty that he had lose almost his control, he had hurt JaeJoong and the bite mark on his neck was red and swollen. “Sorry” muttered YunHo ashamed and licked his lips, thinking about JaeJoong’s blood. He knew that he would miss the taste from JaeJoong’s blood when he was a vampire, this was the last time he had tasted his mate. The blood from other people was good but nothing in compare with the blood from his mate. JaeJoong said nothing when YunHo made his apology but was not angry, he knew that YunHo had not done it on purpose.
But when he saw what YunHo did next he stiffened, knowing that it would really happen now. “Yun, wait” spoke JaeJoong quickly. YunHo looked worried up at JaeJoong, afraid that he would stop on the last time. But JaeJoong didn’t want to stop, he only had one last question. “How will it taste, you blood” asked JaeJoong with a little voice, the thought that he needed to drink YunHo’s blood was chilling him. He remembered what YunHo had told him a long time ago, when he would transform into a vampire he needed to drink YunHo’s blood thought a kiss after YunHo had drunk his blood. YunHo had already drunk his blood and now was it his time to drink YunHo’s blood. He didn’t like the thought to drink any blood but he hoped that it didn’t taste too bad. YunHo looked relieved that JaeJoong only had one last question but could not answer JaeJoong’s question easy. For him was blood delicious and he liked it to drink, but for JaeJoong as a human was this different. He could not remember how he had experienced his first taste of blood so he didn’t know how he could answer JaeJoong. “I don’t know” answered YunHo thoughtfully. “But you don’t need to drink much blood, so don’t worry.” JaeJoong swallowed again and nodded. YunHo gave JaeJoong’s hand a little squeeze and smiled encouraging at JaeJoong. He let go of JaeJoong’s hand next and bite in his own wrist. Blood welled up from the bite mark and YunHo licked everything up. He pulled JaeJoong close against him and pressed his lips against JaeJoong’s. YunHo waited till JaeJoong opened his lips for YunHo and felt existed. JaeJoong was afraid because if he opened his mouth for JaeJoong he would never came back as a human. But even now that he was really, really scared, he still opened his mouth for YunHo. He felt immediately how something warm and salty entered his mouth. It tasted bad and he needed to suppress the urge to gag and forced himself to swallow YunHo’s blood. He felt how YunHo’s strong arms tightened around his body, holding him close.
JaeJoong’s whole body stiffened when he had swallowed YunHo’s blood, his whole body started to shiver and the whole room started to turn around him. His body felt heavy and a sharp pain hid him in his mouth. JaeJoong cried in pain and buried his face desperate in YunHo’s chest. He felt awful and wanted it to stop! His hands and feet were feeling ice cold, too cold to be normal! The cold spread itself through his whole body, making him desperate searching for YunHo’s warm body. JaeJoong did not know for how long he was feeling all those feelings but at some point he felt hungry. The hunger was overwhelming and was making him creasy. JaeJoong called for YunHo with tears in his eyes but didn’t felt how YunHo rubbed his back with his hand, trying to calm him. YunHo felt really horrible to see JaeJoong this way, he hated it to see JaeJoong hurt and he knew that he was suffering, he felt it thought their shared bond. He saw how JaeJoong’s body eventually turned limp and lay now unmoving in YunHo’s arms. YunHo knew now that the worst part was over, he felt no longer the pain in his mouth from his growing vampire teeth and the strange, awful feeling was also gone. The only thing he now could do was wait for JaeJoong to wake up as a vampire, but how long it would take for JaeJoong would wake up was unknown. YunHo cleaned JaeJoong’s body form with a washcloth and helped him in pajama, he wanted JaeJoong to feel comfortable when he awakened.

JaeJoong’s face become paler than he already was, his body felt cold indicating that he needed to drink blood immediately when he awakened if he wanted to be strong and warm again. YunHo was curious if JaeJoong’s new vampire teeth were fully grown and pulled JaeJoong’s lip slightly down to look at his teeth. He saw that his vampire teeth were almost fully grown and YunHo realized that JaeJoong would wake up soon. JaeJoong’s breathing sounded unsteady and he shifted restlessly in the bed. YunHo stared existed at his sleeping mate and started to feel impatient, he wanted to see his mate when he was awake, he wanted to see his mate for the first time as a vampire, strong and even more beautiful than he was before. He heard suddenly something he had forgotten, HyunJoong and JungMin were standing before the door and knocked on the door. They were here to check on him and JaeJoong, he had almost forget it! YunHo first ignored them, hoping that they would go away when nobody opened the door but he was wrong. HyunJoong shouted his name and next he shouted for JaeJoong to open the door for him. YunHo hesitated to leave JaeJoong, not knowing when exactly JaeJoong would wake up, and he wanted to be with JaeJoong when he awakened. “YunHo, JaeJoong! Somebody! Open the door!” YunHo closed his eyes briefly and stood up, realizing that HyunJoong and JungMin would wait till he opened the door. But if he was honest he was thankful for his friends, they were here to help him and they were loyal to him and JaeJoong.
YunHo ran to the door, removed the seal and opened the door for his two friends. But when HyunJoong and JungMin were inside and looked at him they were surprised. “YunHo, what happened? Why haven’t you healed JaeJoong as planned?” YunHo wanted to answer his question but sealed fist the door, preventing for JaeJoong to break out and turned to HyunJoong and JungMin. “JaeJoong has begged me to stop but I didn’t listen to him till he…” YunHo stopped and smiled at his two friend. JaeJoong promised that I could turn him into a vampire if I’m stopped with the healing.” YunHo smiled now widely at his friends and could not hide his joy. “He is sleeping now in or bedroom but I think that he would wake up soon.” YunHo looked now at JungMin and his smile vanished. “JungMin, you’re in danger when JaeJoong wakes up so maybe it’s better for you to wait till JaeJoong has learned to control himself.” HyunJoong grinned and nodded, “I’m happy for both of you and you’re right, but I’m coming back for you and JaeJoong to look if everything is still okay, and don’t worry, I’m coming alone.” HyunJoong smiled and grabbed JungMin’s hand, ready to leave when YunHo had opened the door when he heard suddenly how a door slammed open.

JaeJoong opened his eyes and was at first scared, scared because he didn’t know what would happen now with him, he was scared because he didn’t know where YunHo was and he was scared because he didn’t know his own body anymore! His vision was different, his body felt different, he could hear thinks he had never heard before and his whole body was cold. When JaeJoong forced himself to stand he was suddenly overwhelmed by a strong urge to drink blood and that scared him. He stood with a shaking body, his legs were wobbly and his body felt weak. But when he sniffed all the strange smells around him he sneezed, the smell was stronger now than when he was still a human. JaeJoong was confused and wanted YunHo to support him. JaeJoong opened the door and saw one thing, JungMin… His hunger was making him creasy again and the only thing he could think of now was drinking blood, human blood! JaeJoong licked across his cold lips and felt how his vampire teeth were growing inside his mouth. JaeJoong did slowly a step forwards, still only looking at JungMin and did another step forwards. He missed the alarmed looks in the eyes from the two vampires and he missed the worried look in JungMin’s eyes. “JaeJoong, stop!” Shouted YunHo but he was too late, JaeJoong didn’t hear him, he was to obsessed with JungMin and the sound from his human heartbeat, the sound from his blood in his veins… He didn’t hear YunHo and he didn’t want to hear him. He jumped forwards, forgetting that JungMin was a friend and that he would regret this later. He opened his mouth and produced a sound he had never hear in his whole human life and grabbed JungMin by his throat…

When he was back inside the house and had again sealed all the doors behind him he checked on the still sleeping JaeJoong. JaeJoong was tossing restlessly in the bed, his hears stuck to his forehead by a thin layer of sweat and his face was pale again. YunHo closed the door to their bedroom behind him and dimmed all the lights in the room, creating shadows in the whole room. He knew that when JaeJoong opened his eyes again as a vampire everything would look strange, scared and maybe even a little threatening. JaeJoong’s eyes would also be sensitive to the light so a dark room was the best place for JaeJoong to open his eyes. YunHo sad next JaeJoong on the bed and took a few deep breaths to calm himself down. This was what he always wanted, his own mate to be a vampire and now was it going to happen! Was he ready? YunHo wondered if he would be a good partner for JaeJoong, he wondered if he was capable to make his mate happy and if he would be a good teacher for JaeJoong when he was a newborn vampire. YunHo would be lying to himself if he said that he would do everything good and that he wouldn’t make any mistakes, but he also thought that he would do it good enough to make JaeJoong happy.
YunHo hovered above JaeJoong and stroked JaeJoong’s cheek with his fingertip to wake him up. “Wake up my love” whispered YunHo and kissed him gently on his forehead. YunHo saw that JaeJoong was waking up a little but was still not fully awake. JaeJoong tried to ignore YunHo, he was so tried and wanted to sleep a little longer. He was also afraid to open his eyes, afraid for the pain, the tiredness but also what would happen if he was awake, what he had promised to YunHo. But what JaeJoong had not expected was YunHo’s reaction. YunHo didn’t needed to read JaeJoong’s mid to know why JaeJoong was afraid to open his eyes, he knew that JaeJoong was still afraid, even now that he had promised YunHo that he would do it. YunHo wanted to make everything perfect, he wanted that this would be a memory for JaeJoong he never wanted to forget, a memory he would be cherish and not a bad memory about pain, fear and stress. YunHo pressed his lips to JaeJoong’s and kissed him passionately. He stroked JaeJoong’s weak and wounded body softly with his hands and tried to help JaeJoong relax. After a few seconds responded JaeJoong to YunHo’s lips and touch and opened his mouth, giving YunHo permission deepen the kiss. YunHo’s plan has worked and JaeJoong was distracted from his previous fear and snuggled closer to YunHo. YunHo was tempted to touch JaeJoong but stopped. He enjoyed kissing JaeJoong but this was not the right moment to do that. He broke the kiss and pulled JaeJoong on his lap. JaeJoong clung to YunHo and closed his eyes again, remembering what would happen soon to him and felt suddenly afraid again. “Yun, what would happen when I’m transforming? Will it hurt? And am I still myself when I’m a… when I’m a vampire…” JaeJoong was afraid to ask those questions, afraid to hear the answers, but he needed to know. He hated it when he didn’t know what would happen and he hated the unexpected. YunHo rubbed JaeJoong’s back with his hand soothingly and wanted to use his vampire powers to help JaeJoong calm but he knew that he couldn’t do it, when JaeJoong would drink his blood his body must be free from any vampire influence. “Don’t worry, turning into a vampire would not hurt, but you will feel a little strange. You body will feel my blood, my powers and my strength. You body will also chance, it is not painful but you would not like it. When the transformation is halfway you will pass out and wake up when you’re a vampire.
And when that happens and you’re awake you will be very thirsty. You want to drink blood and you will be confused. As a human you’re not seeing the world as it really is, but as a vampire you will. Everything around you will look strange and some newborn vampires are afraid for the first time they seeing the world. You eyes would be sensitive and you will hear and feel all sorts of things you now don’t. You will have you own vampire powers but you can’t use them without me to teach you how, it is dangerous to try it without a vampire who can help you. But you will feel you powers, even if you’re don’t use them. You will be very confused and you will not like it Jae…” YunHo paused and listened to JaeJoong’s thoughts, searching for more questions or fears. When he noted that JaeJoong was still fearful, but not in panic he answered JaeJoong’s last question. “You asked me if you will be still the same when you’re a vampire and I can’t answer that easy. You will be different, you will be no longer a human and you will lost some of you human emotions, time is passing different for us and the thinks you liked as a human could be different when you’re a vampire. But you will be still yourself, only stronger. Do you understand what I mean?” Asked YunHo. He was worried that he was not explaining everything not clearly enough for JaeJoong, he had never had this conversation before and hoped that he did everything the good way.
“Yes” answered JaeJoong with a little voice, he had understand everything YunHo had told him but he did still not like everything he had heard. “And are you okay with it? I can’t help you with my vampire powers during you transformation, but I can help you when you’re transformed.” JaeJoong thought suddenly about Micky and looked worried. “Will Micky be okay when I’m… When I’m a vampire?” JaeJoong looked around him in the dimly lit room, searching for Micky but didn’t found him. “Where is Micky?” Asked JaeJoong when he realized that Micky wasn’t in the room. “Micky will be fine, I have locked him in the bathroom and I have sealed the door so you can’t come in without my help. JiJi will be fine but you can’t see him for a few days till you can control you blood thirst.” JaeJoong was not happy to hear that, he didn’t like the thought that he would be dangerous to others and could not control himself. He wanted to control his own life, but he was losing apparently even that. “When will I be able to control myself again?” JaeJoong was still unsure and hated to talk about this, but he needed to know what to expect so that he would not be too afraid for all the strange things what would happen. “I don’t know” answered YunHo thoughtfully. “Every vampire is reaction differently on their new life and some vampires are needing some more time to adjust while other newborn vampires are faster in their learning progress. I don’t know how you will react to you new life but I will help you.” JaeJoong did not like YunHo’s answer, he wanted for YunHo to tell him exactly what would happen end how long it would take him to be himself again. He really hated chances and the unexpected.
YunHo sensed JaeJoong’s feelings but did not know what he could do to make it easier for JaeJoong. “Are you ready for it?” Asked YunHo eventually, he didn’t wanted to postpone it any longer than necessary, it would be more difficult for JaeJoong if he waited longer than was necessary. “NO!” Answered JaeJoong a little too quick and clung to the bed sheets, suddenly afraid. “C- Can I eat something first?” JaeJoong tried to hold off a little bit longer and looked away from YunHo. He missed the hurtful expression on YunHo’s face when JaeJoong reacted still afraid. YunHo did understanding why JaeJoong was so afraid to lose his humanity but he wondered why JaeJoong was so afraid to be a vampire, he would live longer, would be stronger and everything in his life would be better than before. Was it really that bad to be a vampire? YunHo liked his own life as a vampire, when he was a human was his life not perfect, life was hard and painful. He lived in a other time than JaeJoong now and if he was honest, being a vampire was the best thing ever happened in his human life. YunHo nodded to JaeJoong but wanted that his mate stayed in his bed, “stay here and try to rest while I bring you some food.” YunHo hoped that JaeJoong would calm a little when he was alone while YunHo was preparing JaeJoong’s food.
Ten minutes later he brought JaeJoong a bowl Kimchi and watched JaeJoong while he ate slowly, trying to hold the transformation a little longer of. But when JaeJoong’s bowl with Kimchi was almost empty he knew that he couldn’t avoid it any longer. When he looked up at YunHo he saw that YunHo was staring questioningly at him. But before JaeJoong could speak to YunHo he felt sick, he knew why, his body responded bad to every food he ate lately since he was sick. JaeJoong opened his mouth to ask YunHo for help but YunHo had already placed a bucked before JaeJoong where he could throw up in. JaeJoong regretted now that he had eaten but he could think about nothing else at that moment. “I’m sorry” whispered JaeJoong when he was done, he looked guilty at YunHo, he knew that he was reacting as a little child. “It’s okay” smiled YunHo, “you’re afraid.” JaeJoong felt bad about himself now that YunHo was even now so patient with him, even now that he had caused so much delay. JaeJoong closed his eyes and tried to gather all his courage so that he could do what was needed now. “Let’s do it before I’m afraid again and will stop.” While JaeJoong spoke he held his eyes close but fiddled nervously with his hands on the bed sheets, trying to distract himself.
YunHo said nothing this time, he knew that if he spoke now that JaeJoong would hesitate again and he wanted to avoid that. YunHo took JaeJoong’s shaking body in his arms and kissed him on his neck. “I love you” whispered his in JaeJoong’s ear and bite him next. He pressed his fangs in JaeJoong’s soft flesh and heard JaeJoong’s painful scream. He felt how JaeJoong’s body shook in his arms and he felt JaeJoong’s fear, pain and tension between their bond but tried to ignore it. He needed to be strong now for JaeJoong, he would make everything only harder if he stopped now that JaeJoong was in so much pain. He needed to be strong and he must handle confidently and resolute. He tasted JaeJoong’s delicious blood and lost himself almost in his bloodlust. YunHo sucked harder on JaeJoong’s neck, trying to feel more of JaeJoong’s body and to taste more of his warm blood. But he needed to stop before he would hurt JaeJoong to much, he had already drunk enough blood for the transformation to word. With reluctance he released JaeJoong’s neck and licked a last time across JaeJoong’s bite mark to remove a few blood drops and released JaeJoong from his strong grip. When he saw JaeJoong’s face he felt guilty that he had lose almost his control, he had hurt JaeJoong and the bite mark on his neck was red and swollen. “Sorry” muttered YunHo ashamed and licked his lips, thinking about JaeJoong’s blood. He knew that he would miss the taste from JaeJoong’s blood when he was a vampire, this was the last time he had tasted his mate. The blood from other people was good but nothing in compare with the blood from his mate. JaeJoong said nothing when YunHo made his apology but was not angry, he knew that YunHo had not done it on purpose.
But when he saw what YunHo did next he stiffened, knowing that it would really happen now. “Yun, wait” spoke JaeJoong quickly. YunHo looked worried up at JaeJoong, afraid that he would stop on the last time. But JaeJoong didn’t want to stop, he only had one last question. “How will it taste, you blood” asked JaeJoong with a little voice, the thought that he needed to drink YunHo’s blood was chilling him. He remembered what YunHo had told him a long time ago, when he would transform into a vampire he needed to drink YunHo’s blood thought a kiss after YunHo had drunk his blood. YunHo had already drunk his blood and now was it his time to drink YunHo’s blood. He didn’t like the thought to drink any blood but he hoped that it didn’t taste too bad. YunHo looked relieved that JaeJoong only had one last question but could not answer JaeJoong’s question easy. For him was blood delicious and he liked it to drink, but for JaeJoong as a human was this different. He could not remember how he had experienced his first taste of blood so he didn’t know how he could answer JaeJoong. “I don’t know” answered YunHo thoughtfully. “But you don’t need to drink much blood, so don’t worry.” JaeJoong swallowed again and nodded. YunHo gave JaeJoong’s hand a little squeeze and smiled encouraging at JaeJoong. He let go of JaeJoong’s hand next and bite in his own wrist. Blood welled up from the bite mark and YunHo licked everything up. He pulled JaeJoong close against him and pressed his lips against JaeJoong’s. YunHo waited till JaeJoong opened his lips for YunHo and felt existed. JaeJoong was afraid because if he opened his mouth for JaeJoong he would never came back as a human. But even now that he was really, really scared, he still opened his mouth for YunHo. He felt immediately how something warm and salty entered his mouth. It tasted bad and he needed to suppress the urge to gag and forced himself to swallow YunHo’s blood. He felt how YunHo’s strong arms tightened around his body, holding him close.
JaeJoong’s whole body stiffened when he had swallowed YunHo’s blood, his whole body started to shiver and the whole room started to turn around him. His body felt heavy and a sharp pain hid him in his mouth. JaeJoong cried in pain and buried his face desperate in YunHo’s chest. He felt awful and wanted it to stop! His hands and feet were feeling ice cold, too cold to be normal! The cold spread itself through his whole body, making him desperate searching for YunHo’s warm body. JaeJoong did not know for how long he was feeling all those feelings but at some point he felt hungry. The hunger was overwhelming and was making him creasy. JaeJoong called for YunHo with tears in his eyes but didn’t felt how YunHo rubbed his back with his hand, trying to calm him. YunHo felt really horrible to see JaeJoong this way, he hated it to see JaeJoong hurt and he knew that he was suffering, he felt it thought their shared bond. He saw how JaeJoong’s body eventually turned limp and lay now unmoving in YunHo’s arms. YunHo knew now that the worst part was over, he felt no longer the pain in his mouth from his growing vampire teeth and the strange, awful feeling was also gone. The only thing he now could do was wait for JaeJoong to wake up as a vampire, but how long it would take for JaeJoong would wake up was unknown. YunHo cleaned JaeJoong’s body form with a washcloth and helped him in pajama, he wanted JaeJoong to feel comfortable when he awakened.
YunHo watched JaeJoong for almost a hour while he slept. JaeJoong’s face become paler than he already was, his body felt cold indicating that he needed to drink blood immediately when he awakened if he wanted to be strong and warm again. YunHo was curious if JaeJoong’s new vampire teeth were fully grown and pulled JaeJoong’s lip slightly down to look at his teeth. He saw that his vampire teeth were almost fully grown and YunHo realized that JaeJoong would wake up soon. JaeJoong’s breathing sounded unsteady and he shifted restlessly in the bed. YunHo stared existed at his sleeping mate and started to feel impatient, he wanted to see his mate when he was awake, he wanted to see his mate for the first time as a vampire, strong and even more beautiful than he was before. He heard suddenly something he had forgotten, HyunJoong and JungMin were standing before the door and knocked on the door. They were here to check on him and JaeJoong, he had almost forget it! YunHo first ignored them, hoping that they would go away when nobody opened the door but he was wrong. HyunJoong shouted his name and next he shouted for JaeJoong to open the door for him. YunHo hesitated to leave JaeJoong, not knowing when exactly JaeJoong would wake up, and he wanted to be with JaeJoong when he awakened. “YunHo, JaeJoong! Somebody! Open the door!” YunHo closed his eyes briefly and stood up, realizing that HyunJoong and JungMin would wait till he opened the door. But if he was honest he was thankful for his friends, they were here to help him and they were loyal to him and JaeJoong.
YunHo ran to the door, removed the seal and opened the door for his two friends. But when HyunJoong and JungMin were inside and looked at him they were surprised. “YunHo, what happened? Why haven’t you healed JaeJoong as planned?” YunHo wanted to answer his question but sealed fist the door, preventing for JaeJoong to break out and turned to HyunJoong and JungMin. “JaeJoong has begged me to stop but I didn’t listen to him till he…” YunHo stopped and smiled at his two friend. JaeJoong promised that I could turn him into a vampire if I’m stopped with the healing.” YunHo smiled now widely at his friends and could not hide his joy. “He is sleeping now in or bedroom but I think that he would wake up soon.” YunHo looked now at JungMin and his smile vanished. “JungMin, you’re in danger when JaeJoong wakes up so maybe it’s better for you to wait till JaeJoong has learned to control himself.” HyunJoong grinned and nodded, “I’m happy for both of you and you’re right, but I’m coming back for you and JaeJoong to look if everything is still okay, and don’t worry, I’m coming alone.” HyunJoong smiled and grabbed JungMin’s hand, ready to leave when YunHo had opened the door when he heard suddenly how a door slammed open.

JaeJoong opened his eyes and was at first scared, scared because he didn’t know what would happen now with him, he was scared because he didn’t know where YunHo was and he was scared because he didn’t know his own body anymore! His vision was different, his body felt different, he could hear thinks he had never heard before and his whole body was cold. When JaeJoong forced himself to stand he was suddenly overwhelmed by a strong urge to drink blood and that scared him. He stood with a shaking body, his legs were wobbly and his body felt weak. But when he sniffed all the strange smells around him he sneezed, the smell was stronger now than when he was still a human. JaeJoong was confused and wanted YunHo to support him. JaeJoong opened the door and saw one thing, JungMin… His hunger was making him creasy again and the only thing he could think of now was drinking blood, human blood! JaeJoong licked across his cold lips and felt how his vampire teeth were growing inside his mouth. JaeJoong did slowly a step forwards, still only looking at JungMin and did another step forwards. He missed the alarmed looks in the eyes from the two vampires and he missed the worried look in JungMin’s eyes. “JaeJoong, stop!” Shouted YunHo but he was too late, JaeJoong didn’t hear him, he was to obsessed with JungMin and the sound from his human heartbeat, the sound from his blood in his veins… He didn’t hear YunHo and he didn’t want to hear him. He jumped forwards, forgetting that JungMin was a friend and that he would regret this later. He opened his mouth and produced a sound he had never hear in his whole human life and grabbed JungMin by his throat…
