Observation: Man, apparently I was much slower today. However, I'm okay with it. It is probably due to the fact that running/jogging intervals increased to 90 seconds (from 60) this week. I can't remember the last time I ran 90 seconds.. (sad but true). So today, I did it 6 times. I'm going to choose to be happy about that, and hope that my time increases with practice! I think W2D2 & WD2D3 are going to be the same, so I'll have the opportunity. I only needed 1 jacket today, so that was nice. I need to get some better gloves though I think!
Meals: Not very healthy today. Let's see... A bean/cheese burrito w/ half slice of melted Kraft cheese, some miso soup & 10-12 whole wheat Ritz crackers, small handful of sunflower seeds, piece of french bread. Yikes, time for some veggies & fruit for dinner. :)
Oh & lots of rest days this week. It was sleeting pretty much Saturday -Tuesday. Horrible. I just wanted to drink hot chocolate & burrow under covers all week. I'm happy i got outside today at least!
Observation 2: Ouch my ankle. Ice & wraps should help but wish it would just heal already!
