I am not stationed outside of the building first off. I do have an office I stole from the original occupant. It's just that I come and go as I please.

It's not about you trusting me. It's about me trusting you enough to put my life in your hands, and I don't. I don't trust the leadership of a person who's more concerned with putting someone in a dress than being a leader. I don't respect it, and I don't trust it. I don't think you're ready to play with the big boys when your mind is still more on what games you can play, who you can order around, what changes you can make, and how far you can extend your own power.

You keep forgetting that I know you, that I dealt with you before in that manner. Remember when you applied to work at Sunde? I do. You popped your temper because you didn't get your way, and I don't trust that.

Why don't you dig a little deeper into my mind, Schuldig? I've been in war since before you were born. I've been planning security, and doing this job, while you were sucking on your mama's tit. If you lecture me just one more time on my maturity, my experience, we're going to have a very big problem. I've given you more leeway that I've given anyone else in Purgatory just short of Miwako, and I don't appreciate it being constantly and effectively thrown in my face.

Obviously, you don't know me. You've judged me on a very limited experience.

And you see, that's why I don't trust you. Rufus Shinra, I actually take his threats seriously. You, no. It isn't about power. People don't follow power. It's about leadership. I'd follow Shinra. I wouldn't you.

It's still Shinra's company, not yours, even if he was indisposed. I don't trust Zack either if you want the truth. I don't think he has sharp enough teeth and instincts to make difficult decisions that there may not be a winning outcome to.

Last I checked, mister telepath, ShinRa was in Zachary Fair's care, not yours. If he approves of what Sasori's doing, then you - as an employee - are to go along with it.
