Who: Open to any non-Asgardian
Where: A meeting room in Stark Tower
When: Late night
What: Regarding a serious breach in security.
Natasha shot a look to Captain Rogers before taking initiative and striding to the front of the room. As team leader, Captain Rogers should open the floor, but seeing as she likely had more information than anyone else in the room, she decided to usurp his spot.
"Avengers," she began. "I'm glad you received my memo. I apologize for the crypticness, but the necessity should hopefully become clear.
"Four weeks ago, I stumbled across a security breach. I immediately intercepted it, and had begun the necessary steps to remove it. I was interrupted, and the breach was taken back into Stark Tower."
She took a deep breath. "That breach was Loki. His brother came to his aid. We all know, due to his recent interest in the internet, that Loki was back on Earth. I don't know if Thor had something to do with that, but due to statements the Lie-Smith made, Thor had been hiding his brother here for a time before I found him, and it is likely he is still here."
She refused to let her gaze slide toward Clint. "I know the call to keep this information under wraps was not my call to make." She looked to Captain Rogers. "I will take whatever reprimand that is seen to be fit. But I acted once and failed; all my instincts and training resisted making another move without more information. And as Loki did seem to be lying low, immediate action seemed less pressing.
"I have not found as much as I had hoped. And so I asked Captain Rogers to call the team together, minus compromised parties, to pool whatever intelligence any of you may have gleaned, even unknowingly, and so we can decide a course of action."
Her hands tightened into fists, knuckles white. "For the Lie-Smith cannot be allowed to walk among us with impunity. Not after the crimes he has committed against us."
