Another sunny day. How wonderful was this? The worst part was that Momo forgot to bring her suntan lotion and hardly put any on. She had sworn that the news report said rain would be above everyone today but no-
it was sunny. As Momo walked around trying her best to hide in shadows, trying to avoid all those stares that were aimed at her. She felt horrible to be honest. She always hated her tan and the fact that ten minutes in the sun got her super tanned while it took a full year to get rid of it (somewhat.) She simply couldn't stand all the pressure, all the stares and all those pervy bastards who thought she was easy or was a beach bunny or some sort of tomboy. Thankfully today was the day she had to go to work. Soon she would be out of her misery and working. Sadly her boyfriend had decided to take a 'personal trip' to figure himself out. Oh well, what had to be done had to be done.
As Momo walked around the block she finally arrived at work, put on her uniform and began to work. Everything was going well except for the fact that her worst enemy (somewhat), found out where she was working at and pretty much followed her to work everyday to simply talk about her problems. But it was fine, she had apologize and Momo felt kinda bad for her. Plus it was summer, no school, no drama. Thankfully. However today seemed a bit different. Sae seemed a bit, cheerful. It kinda freaked Momo out. Really when Sae is happy something is about to happen.
Shrugging off that feeling Momo finished her work and headed home with Sae. The shorter girl said nothing other than things like 'how's it going with Kairi' or 'nice tan' and what not. Momo was used to this. Thankfully Sae had learned her lesson and calmed down. Yup Momo hoped it would stay this way, for now at least.
After a while Momo got home, said goodbye to Sae and headed towards her room. Seeing herself in her mirror she noticed she was tanner. What a day really. Thankfully today was pay day and now she could put away more money for her trip and buy more suntan lotion.
