[A well-dressed young man in a gray, pinstriped fedora seems to be wandering around the streets of Somarium, minding his own business. He doesn't look like he has anywhere to be and has an unassuming air in both stride and posture.
Everything appears to interest him - he stops by every so often to glance at the odd store window or stall - but he never stays in one place for more than a few minutes.]
