Having sent a broadcast and discovered that Elliot is at least here, Leo pockets the Dreamberry and finally ventures out from behind the building he had taken refuge behind. He doesn't think that wandering around when suddenly tossed into a foreign world is the most brilliant plan, and thus, he didn't do that.
But having talked to a couple of people, he figures it's safe enough and thus ventures onto the street. Might as well have a peek at his surroundings, see how things look.
As weird as all of this is, he can't help but feel quite content anyway. Really, Elliot is here so it could definitely be much, much worse. He wouldn't be happy at all of that wasn't the case, but so it is, and thus he's pretty okay about it all. Not the most thrilling thing that could happen, but even so...
And this village (or that's what it looks like anyway) has a calming atmosphere to it in general.
