As Zack Fair sat at the table by the window, leaned his hand on his chin, and sighed in somewhat of a melancholy, the nosy, intrusive Homunculus put his head in through the window of the establishment--which smelled of varied beverages and food. He rested his wrist on the window sill, leaning slightly forward.
His warm face was on and his left eye was patched. Considering that for the past few days he had gone about his business with the patch off, that he had put it back on did not bode well.
Nor did his rather gleeful smile at the child, sitting at a table near to where he had put in his head through the window.
"Zack Fair, is that you? Why are you down, son?"
Zack Fair probably remembers when Wrath told the boy that he had tried to kill Aqua. But--it is worth a shot to be civil.
"Nothing," Zack replied, looking over to see who spoke to him. And promptly stood up from his chair. "You!"
He walked over to the window and crossed his arms, eyes narrowed. "What're you doin' here?"
He remembered it well. This was the guy who tried to kill Aqua and had tried to believe that Zack was still a slave. Zack was definitely not fond of this man and he was one step away from grabbing his sword to giving him something to think about.
Zack grabbed/thrown over shoulder with permission! ^^candidate_no_12March 22 2011, 01:24:19 UTC
When the small warrior stood up from his chair and called him out with narrowed eyes and crossed arms, Wrath realized that this would have been more difficult than he had thought--if he hadn't already thrown his parole officer into a confusion and left him behind through careful maneuvering, and when he was at a safe enough distance, to blast away out of his sight and well out of reach
( ... )
Zack wasn't sure how it happened, but one minute he was glaring at Wrath and the next he was yanked out the window and over the man's shoulder. "Hey! What's the big idea? Put me down!"
He tried to make a grab for the window sill but it was out of reach. So he tried kicking and punching, as best as he could from this position. He squirmed as best he could. This was not good. What did Wrath want with him?! They barely spoke so why was he being kidnapped? He continued to struggle.
