Zack sighed as he picked up the used dishes and silverware from the tables, placing them in a box to take back to the washer. The tavern was slow today so it was really just for him to clean up and putz around until some customers come in. Leon was in the office and Zack didn't want to disturb him after the announcement that Cloud was gone. Aqua had been gone for awhile too. Man, people were just leaving left and right. He shook his head and continued what he was doing. No use in dwelling on it now. Just finish up work, get some practice and sparring in, and... well, he didn't know what afterward but it would be something!
Setting the last of the dirty dishes into the box, Zack put the box back in the kitchen and walked out to pull out a chair and sit at a table by the window. He leaned his hand on his chin and sighed. "For a dream world, Somarium, you sure can be depressing sometimes."
