Status: OPEN OPEN OPEN OPEN. If you're still out in the storm, then you need shelter. Get the hell inside. The courthouse is stable. You may run into some scary soldiers, but hey, doesn't that make it more fun?
Raiden led a very shell-shocked Edgeworth from his useless place curled up in a puddle back to the Courthouse. Raiden hadn't lied; the large, stately building was still standing, perfectly stable and unharmed throughout the shakes, quakes and vicious winds. He began to doubt himself for sending a few individuals to the village. Perhaps the Courthouse was the safest place to be, after all.
He'd have to send out another call, if possible. In the meantime, he'd let Edgeworth stay inside while he searched the city for any more trapped or frightened people.
"There is plenty of space here," said Raiden, low-voiced and firm. "It's held up so far. Stay indoors. The winds could pick up again any time."
((OOC: Here's another Safe Zone, people. If you don't want to be eaten by the storm, you should come hang out with Raiden and Edgeworth and anyone else who comes by. Raiden will be in and out of the Courthouse; I'll have him respond to everyone, but he won't necessarily be inside when your character arrives.
