He had had fights similar to this. Not everyone was willing to play fair, especially not when they were cold-blooded assassins like many he fought during his time in the UAA. This guy didn't seem any different.
The other man drawled something out - Travis couldn't catch it - but it sounded as if he were taunting Travis. It didn't matter. Travis was going to show this bitch where he belonged.
Closing the distance between them once more, Travis faked a move before throwing his katana to the air and grabbing the man by the head, tucking it under his arm. He wasn't sure if this was going to work but he had wished beyond hope that it would. Lifting both his legs, he brought down his weight, landing on the ground once more, bringing the other man with him.

This was a move worthy of that chick Karako. Grunting as he hit the ground, he rolled away and rolled his neck. It cracked as he grinned. All of this still had him excited. He liked guys like this. Unpredictable. Good fighters. They made things like this worth it.
Moving further away, he grinned some more and grew the blades out to be longer. Close...ranged...he could deal with either. With a slash of the now longer blades, he laughed.
"Not bad. Glad we got this started!"

His breaths came out a little short, gasping for hair. He wasn't too winded just yet but he had not anticipated getting this worked up. It was exhilarating.
The man got back on his feet, and moved back. It was hard to tell at first but Travis could see that the blades seemed longer. Damn. Getting close to the guy was going to be much harder this time.
"You're not too shabby yourself."

This guy was fun. But he wasn't going to just back down as long as he kept fighting. Opponents like this were worth going all out.
"Got more in ya? Or is this it?"

The grip on his beam katana tightened as he clicked his tongue. "I'm just getting started."
Maybe speed was the key to this battle. If Travis was able to bring down the guy fast enough, he might be able to win this. The difficult part was getting through his defenses.
Travis threw a series of attacks, swinging his katana wildly, making to sure to cover both sides. Even if the man was able to block someone of them, there's bound to be a couple that would connect, right?

"Can you go faster?"
There was a wicked gleam in his eye. All of this and he still didn't seem phased at all. In fact, he was ready for more.
"Come get me!"

A smirk grew on the assassin's features. This was way too interesting."You want faster? I can do faster."
He hadn't gone Dark Side on any of his battles since he had arrived here. Now was as good a time as any. Travis jumped backward and did a swift, clean cut before shouting, "Strawberry on a Shortcake!" His beam katana charged up, and before he knew it he was running toward Senji at lightning speed. Readying his katana, he threw a charged attack at the other man. Travis knew that this wouldn't last long, so he better make the best out of it.
[ooc: That's seriously one of his attacks. And it's seriously called that. :|]

At least it wasn't some pansy ass shit like this.
Senji frowned. He hated crap like that. Watching the attack, he saw how it barely could be followed by his eyes. Hell, he couldn't follow it. Throwing his claws in front of him, he blocked as best he could but still felt himself pushed back and then over. Landing on his feet, he cracked his neck.
"What the hell? Pick a better fucking name!"
Quickly, he started slashing up the ground all around the guy. Dust was filling the air as he started grinning again.

"Like I give a fuck what you think about what it's called!"
There was no way he was going to allow someone to diss his moves, especially when he named that one after Cranberry's signature move from Pure White Lover Bizarre Jelly!
That comment was enough of a distraction though. One of the slices had gotten past his defenses and cut his arm. Wincing in pain, he bit his lower lip, his grip on his loosening. "Shit." How the hell did he let that one slip?
He jumped back away from the attack and took a quick look at the cut. Nothing too bad. Looks like he had enough to go on.

Slashing at him, he gave a kick to his shin without warning.
Hey, if he did the same thing all the time people would be able to read him. He couldn't allow that.
"No breaks here!"

Crouching into a ball, he rolled backwards and got back onto his feet. It was a good thing that it was the Tsubaki Mk-III he had with him. It'd be hard to maneuver around with that cut and the Tsubaki Mk-II with him, even if did have more power.
This was not turning out good, but Travis was never one to back down from a fight. Perhaps he could pull of another suplex or some sort. That seemed to catch Senji off-guard the last time.
With an eyebrow raised and a smirk on his lips he called out, "What are you waiting for? Come and get me!"

He'd worked to tone his body to this level and beyond that for a reason. Always pushing himself. Always ready for that next level.
But he wasn't pulling out Invisible Black here. He hadn't seen a need to do so. Sure that one move this guy had was fast but if he kept him from doing it then he didn't have to think about it.
Pivoting on his heel, he slashed high, low, and destroyed the ground as well.

The first thought that crossed his mind was that he could perform some kinda of suplex but at the speed this guy was going, being able to grab this guy would be more than a lucky shot.
Another plan was to deliver a hard blow maybe from the the side. Coming from behind would be ideal though. He was going to have to risk an opening if he was going to push through with this.
As soon as the blades connected with his katana, Travis pushed the force against him and rolled out of harm's way. Quickly getting back up, he brought his sword to the air, charging the beam before bringing it down on his opponent.

He didn't seem like he could earlier. It was a risky gamble but he liked those.
Besides, this guy was proving that he was worth fighting. He liked that.

The attack had connected, earning him another cut on the arm.
He tumbled to the ground, one hand clutching over the new cut. He clicked his tongue. It didn't look too good for him. "Shit."

"Ya done?"
This wasn't a battle in Deadman Wonderland. Besides, he didn't always kill his opponents there either.
