The King of Heroes was back in the city - the village of Espoir, to be more precise. How he got there is as good as anyone's guess, though personally, he could really care less at the moment.
...In fact, to any ordinary pedestrian, he might as well be taking a nap. He was leaning against a bench right next to the new fountain, with his head slightly lowered and his golden bangs covering his eyes. In reality, Gilgamesh of Uruk, the golden Archer-class servant of the Holy Grail War, one who was never supposed to feel fatigue nor illness, a mortal's trademark, was experiencing the biggest headache ever since his actual lifetime.

A warm wind blew across the village square.

He was going through the desert, looking for a way out, or at least, a limit to the land. If Somarium was round like the modern-day Earth, then so be it - but otherwise, there MUST be a place where everything stops.
