Where: In a random tree by some random street near one of the random parks in Somni?

Status: OPEN BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER POSTS HAVE BEEN CLOSED WHAT THE HELL O_o
[this would be a certain monkey-tailed young lad just dozing on a branch, a book over his face. apparently he had been just reading some book he found.
by the way, his tail will be swinging beneath the branch, just within anyone's grasp really. however those passing by might not notice that the tail actually belongs to someone as that tree is rather leafy. So it probably looks like some random rope sticking out of the foliage.
