[After experiencing the events in his dream earlier, Neil has left his apartment in Somni and gone wandering, eventually finding himself at one of the fields in Espoir. It's peaceful here, but he feels anything but. He's having difficulty processing what he just experienced. It lines up with everything he was told about his death and it matches the dream that Setsuna had about it, but... That was nothing compared to experiencing it and learning the truth of every detail and having to then be conscious to face it.]
[He lets himself sink to the grass on weakened knees, drawing his gloved hands to his face and holding them there. He's completely silent as he exhales into his hands, feeling like he can't face anyone he knows right now. Whatever perspective he had had on dying before has been completely turned upon its head now. He doesn't know what to do but continue sitting there, alone. Lyle said that he was going to come and find him, but he's shut his Dreamberry off and left the city, hoping that his brother would not come looking. And everyone else... Tieria, Setsuna, Haro... He can't face any of them.]
