Who: Rune and anyone who wishes to bother him
Where: Around Somni, he's exploring the city some more
Style: Take your pick, just stay consistent (I prefer third, so starting it off like that)

Rune decided that since he really had nothing better to do with himself this day that he'd explore the city some more. He had a few reasons behind it, one being that he realized he could use some practice and he wanted to find an ideal location to do so (and maybe some scarecrows to use as target practice). Such locations were not always easy to find, since he needed a location where he wouldn't risk breaking anything or anyone with his magic, but without monsters around, he was starting to get woefully out of practice fast.
The other intent was to get a better idea of the city. Since one limit to the ryuka technique was that he could only go to places he had a memory of (even if that memory was not his own), exploring was always a good idea, it gave him far more options for speedy travel.
Of course, if he happened to find anything or anyone of interest, he had no problem stopping for a time to investigate. Truly, all this inactivity was bothering him quite a bit, he preferred to be out there dealing with problems, not sitting back and letting others handle them or giving up completely.
