Status: Incomplete/Closed.

Genis hadn't really been out exploring the city as much as he had been collecting data to find a way back home. He wasn't going to hide underneath a bed until he was finally sent back to where he belonged. Even if it was a possibility he had entertained the entire time he was there. He just didn't believe it was a possibility that would be greeted with ease. Lloyd would track him down and drag him out. Even if Lloyd didn't. His conscious would have a great deal of 'why aren't you helping your friend out' bearing down on him. That he would have to do something. Even if didn't make too much leeway on getting out of there. Most of the residents didn't seem far too worried about the state of the world as much as surviving events. Genis...kind of understood that, but he also understood the importance of making sure they had some sort of future (that wasn't six months of being in this place). His focus had been set on making sure that he did enough intelligence gathering that it was often forgotten about everything else that he could end up doing. Well, not everything else. He still worried about his friends. He hadn't known what was going on with his friends before he had arrived, but he knew that things had happened.

The only great worry for him was the fact that Lloyd had been deemed a murderer by the memories of one of their travel companions. Genis just didn't know if was entirely possible for him to be a killer. Lloyd was a good fighter, but he had a good heart. He wouldn't do anything to hurt his friends. He wouldn't kill Zelos. He didn't know about anyone else in their little group. They had done been together enough that they should trust each other, that they should be okay with whatever life threw at them. The teenager had gathered whatever materials he could from his trip to the industrial district. Just some things that he could use to gather information on and keep out for people to add to the thing. If there was only thing Genis Sage was -- it was useful. Even though he was sure that other people were also doing some intelligence gathering. Organization helped he thought. He hoped so at the very least.

He continued walking, tightening his grip on the bag he had taken with him. A soft sigh leaving him as he tried to decide whether to stop at his and Lloyd's home or just try to find Mithos. Even if he had seen him the time he had shown up there initially. He missed his friend. He missed Lloyd as well. The other boy had been staying with Kratos until he well enough to leave. He was more conncerned than anything else when it came to Lloyd healing correctly. Especially after what Eridan had done to him. Needless to say, he felt guilty for not being involved. For not doing what Lloyd probably would have done which was run in and save his friend. He just wished he wasn't so...useless.

Genis paused at the doorway, grabbing at his hair in frustration. "It. Isn't. Fair!" He gritted out for another moment before just continuing walking on before coming to stop at Mithos's door and settling down for the most part before knocking on the door.
