[As soon as Sayaka watched the entire broadcast, she quickly got dressed and sneaked out of the house through her bedroom window. Lock your doors and hide? There was no way in hell she was going to do that! How could she call herself a magical girl, a hero of justice, if she didn't at least try to help the city?!

She ran through the streets, using the lamps and the glow of her Soul Gem to light her way. Suddenly, the glow of the blue egg-shaped jewel in her hand brightens, and Sayaka stops in her tracks to look around. She spots figures advancing towards her, and holds her Soul Gem out, ready to transform.]

Just go ahead and try to take me down, bastards!

[A sudden gust of sharp bladed leaves whips out and is sent out exactly at Sayaka! But instead of hitting her it moves passed her, and hits someone that had been advancing behind her as well! The source of the leafy attack is from the ten foot serpent trailing besides the teenage boy, he had a feeling some would try to help but what if there was too many? Which was why he was here now.

A hand rests on the serpent, his eyes quickly scanning for any others besides the one a few feet away from the girl now as the one he just attacked was thrown off his feet and likely unconscious on the ground now.]

[Holy shit what is that snake thing. It's kinda cute. BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT RIGHT NOW. Sayaka gives an understanding nod to Touya.]

[Her Soul Gem glows brightly, and ribbons of blue light and music scores wrap around her body as she transforms. She pulls a sword from her cloak, and begins to strike at the small group of possessed natives in front of her. Still unsure that she should kill them, Sayaka makes sure to use the blunt side of her sword.]

[He says, but he's not really going anywhere, not just yet. Still he blinks puzzlingly at the glow and transformation. What.. was that? At least she hadn't struck at them really, there was a feeling in his gut that made him doubt these people were doing this for their own good or needs. Like forced.

Another approached guy from his side has Touya's attention, the boy tilting his head and giving a gesture to the Grass-type.] Serperior, Wring out! [The snake swiftly moves to wrap itself around the victim, a crushing tight constriction enough to enable them useless as he approaches. What were those gems..? The man attempted to flail himself free, but another tight squeeze and soon he was unconscious to which the Serperior slowly began to lay him down and look elsewhere.

Something in the shadows..?] There's a chance the creatures can be lurking around too.

[The white wolf doesn't feel right striking at any human, possessed or not. It had been fine with the busty babe back in Nippon, she was aware the woman was dead and only the Ninetails had her appearance, she was a demon, a monster. These were still people, what was that purple though...?

All the same, she's dodging humans, tackling them with full force to knock them down or conjuring sudden winds to sweep them off their feet. No, her attention was on something else, something not anyone could face. It was those that smelled like darkness, prowling to unsuspecting victims.

She was looking for any nycteren.]

[Hikaru didn't like hurting people either. Especially after what happened with Princess Emeraude. But she had to defend herself and others. She uses her sword, but only the blunt side of the blade, so that no one was cut.

As she fights her way through the horde of the purpled eyed people, Hikaru spost something white. She then sees Ammy, a white wolf with red markings on their body. Hikaru thought she was very beautiful, but quickly sees a group of the possessed coming up at Amaterasu's side.]

[Amaterasu pauses at the words, quickly realizing the situation she was in and with her ink tipped brush-like tail she makes a certain sign before powerful winds conjure up.

The sudden winds blow at the infected possessed people at her side and throw them off their feet and away. She keeps where is, quickly glancing over to Hikaru and barking out to her. Basically, a thanks.]

Dammit it. There's too many of them! It's like they're infected..[he quickly kicks one to trip them as he makes his way towards the goddess, quickly backing her]

[Asbel watched the broadcast alright, there's no way he was just going to hide though. People were getting hurt and he couldn't just leave them like that, he had to help protect them!

He rushes to Somni, sword at his side. He glances at a parent and child being attacked and rushes to aid them, kicking the possessed citizens aside. Asbel immediately follows that up by knocking them further by with swipe of his sheathed sword. He takes a short moment to put his sword back in its normal position before-]

I'm Asbel Lhant. If you truly wish to fight then come at me!

[Saying that definitely got the attention of a few other mobs, but that in return allowed time for the two he helped to escape. With that, he carefully stares at the large group of possessed people, waiting for the perfect moment to strike]

[Jade couldn't risk using too many fonic artes with so many civilians around, but a mob such as the one Asbel had gathered was too good an opportunity to waste.]

O flames of hell, cremate my enemies in a cage of fire. Infernal Prison!

[A giant pillar of flame bursts out of the ground right in the middle of the hostile mob, killing a few and sending those nearby into confusion. Normally, Jade didn't kill civilians, but these were hardly normal circumstances.]

[He was about to say more but cut himself off quick enough as he rushed towards him. Coming up behind Jade was a man with a bat looking to knock him down. However, Asbel got there in time, striking the possessed person with his sheathed sword, knocking him into a wall. The force itself was enough to make the man unconscious. A small moment looking at the man and back at the chaos around him]

What could be making them act like this...

[Without a moment's hesitation, he runs his spear through the unconscious man's throat then quickly dispatches another one with a quick jab into her chest.]

the day had been relatively peaceful so far with Maka spending some quiet time back in the apartment, so when the Dreamberries suddenly flickered on with its nothing short of horrific footage, it was... well, "surprising" was putting it lightly. they anticipated something bad would be happening soon. she just didn't expect it would be something like this.

immediately after, Maka comes nearly barrelling out of her room and down the short hall towards her partner's room; hopefully you weren't doing something you wouldn't want to be caught doing, Soul, because she's completely disregarding the concept of knocking as she throws the door open.]

[Maka didn't have to worry about what Soul was or was not doing. He was actually just rearranging his room a bit -- considering if he was going to get a guitar, if so where he would put it, should it be an acoustic? The one he has at home is an acoustic. Maybe he would get a bass instead. Hm...

And then the Dreamberry turned itself on and all thoughts of guitars, basses and amplifiers vanished. He was just about to open his door when Maka showed up and did it for him.]
