Alice Liddell // 3/3 [Canon Update]

When Alice returned to the Clock Tower (in somewhat embarrassing state) once again, she noticed odd spots on Julius’s room. Like a bullet hole on the wall for example. When Alice insisted that she help him out with his work, the Mortician dropped the bomb on her - “Why not leave here and live at the amusement park?” He informed her that Blood Dupre had dropped by to take her to his mansion and continued to persuade her into leaving the Clock Tower. In which Alice broke down and confessed that she didn’t want to leave the Clock Tower and that she felt comfortable leaving there with Julius. Meanwhile, Julius, panicked by her tears, embraced her, asking her to stop crying. When the tears did stop, he told her she didn’t have to leave along with “I wouldn’t live with someone I find annoying. Remember that.” Yay! An issue is resolved. =)

Her troubles were not over however, as wounded Boris told her to beware of Ace who proclaimed in the previous chapter: “I think I’ll kill Alice.” While the said danger was wandering through the woods to get to the Clock Tower, Alice bandaged the Cheshire cat and pondered over what he had said. Of course confrontation with Ace was inevitable. But this time Alice helped herself with the power of speech and convinced him to not kill her. She also mentioned that she rather liked Ace who gets lost but has fun along the way - which seemed to have touched him. In the end, Ace decided not to kill her with a smile and nothing changed. However, he admitted he was fond of Alice’s heartbeat. Well, that’s that.

Oh, she got invited to the Castle of Heart’s ball. Isn’t that nice?

[Personality]
She doesn’t experience much drastic change. She is more accepting of the norms in Wonderland while thinking it is still wrong, especially in the case of killing. Alice also seems to be more expressive, as she smiles more and is prone to tears (versus the girl who tried to remain calm as possible).
