1. Dream Update: Basically the character has a dream of everything that happens up until the point you want to update them to. However, they still will not have experienced the actual events and it will be more like an amnesiac watch a film of their life, or someone telling them what had

Phoenix holds his friendships in high regard; when he trusts someone, he trusts them with his life (unless they do something untrustworthy!). Kristoph left Phoenix with a heightened sense of paranoia, and it's something that will take a long time to for him to get over. He was forced to push everyone who was close to him away to hold onto what he knew was important at the moment just to prove himself innocent. He didn't want the people he cared about to be caught in the crossfire, and although he missed everyone deeply, he had to hold off on contact and act distant. Throughout this period in his life, his love for Trucy and her love for him kept him sane. She quickly became a very important part of his life; if he ever found everything closing on him and had trouble coping with his double life, he would think of her and everything would quickly seem manageable again.

[Abilities]
He has a pokerface, and Kristoph can't read it. He uses a mask to throw people off-- very rarely is Phoenix caught off of his guard. He can read people very well (although Trucy's ability to perceive is natural, and he tends to ask for her help occasionally), and his ability at lying is even better. Whilst some might be able to see through that-- (close friends or family), Phoenix generally remains quite the enigma to many people, which is exactly how he likes it. Long gone are the days he was an attorney, instead replaced with important poker tournaments and lazy attempts at playing the piano. He's a very intelligent man, but through paranoia and necessity, he keeps everything to himself and rarely opens up.

He also carries with him something called a Magatama, which he received in his lawyering days. It's a magical stone shaped like a '9', and within it holds the power to spot a secret hidden within someone's soul. Everyone has secrets, however, and because the Magatama is draining on both spiritual and physical energy, he rarely uses it unless he feels he has to.

[Other important stuff]
Phoenix has bright blue, and strangely honest eyes-- especially when compared to the rest of the man. He sports a turquoise beanie that reads 'papa' in bright pink styled lettering on the side. His hat also houses a large badge which is actually a reappearance of Ema Skye's old pins back from one of Phoenix's first cases. Inside this badge there is a camera, though he tends to keep that information, and whatever is on it, to himself.

Under the hat he has jet black hair that naturally spikes out, and because he tends to leave his gel alone these days, the spikes are wonky and even lazily spiking out. His beanie also hides his peculiar eyebrows which, at the ends, zig zag out. He's always seen with a five o'clock shadow, as opposed to his lawyer days in which he was clean shaven every day.

Around his neck, he wears a locket that holds a picture of his adopted daughter, Trucy, when she was eight years old. He wears a large grey zip up hoodie with a single deep blue stripe going down each arm. Underneath that, he wears a simple white fitted t shirt. His pants are black, and his feet are adorned by shabby looking sandals.
