(no subject)
so i stopped at my parents house last nite to pick up the windows disk in order to fix my computer. i get home, all geared up for the expectedly horrible task of trying to reinstall whatever files were supposedly damaged. Steve (my roommate) comes in to ask me what im up to...
JAYK: oh i have to fix my computer. it stopped working for me this weekend.
STEVE: oh really? what's wrong?
JAYK: i cant get it to even boot up. it was fine saturday, then sunday it just gives me an error and wont boot up at all. i restarted like 10 times and still nothing.
STEVE: oh. it was fine this morning when i was playing MP3s on it.
JAYK: WTF?!?!
it was nice not to stress over it, so im not really complaining - so long as this wont be a reoccuring thing where it chooses not to work some days. with my luck....
me and the honey have our 1 year comin up. pretty uncharted territory for me, considering no one found me interesting enough to stick around for more than 9 months. but if they had, im sure i would not be with my honey now, so im quite glad they didnt.
kinkos is probably hiring. the boss has been droppin hints, so if anyone might be interested, let me know and ill see if i can get ya an interview & a good word.
