I Need to Focus on the Here and Now, But....
New York City is only 11 hours away on an easy drive up a few
highways and interstates. I can't stop thinking about the lights of
Time Square, the fun of figuring out the subway map, and the
local color. We could leave early in the morning, stay at a
Days Inn outside of town for a few days and take the subway
to the heart of the city, and then come back with the pleasant
memories of the streets of ol' New York.
Because I think my heart still belongs in New York City...
