"I played a game called Dungeons and Dragons when I was younger. I'm pretty sure that your world was one of the settings described for that game. And yeah, it does all make my head hurt after a while." Booker seemed more amused than annoyed by it at the moment at least, a small smile on his face.

"As for looking for a way home, I don't know. I wouldn't put much stock in Nei'ess at the moment. He's smart and his magic is useful, but the kid has some serious problems. I don't think he even wants to go home. Some of the people here came from bad places." Booker sighed, running a hand over his eyes. "There was one group of people exploring and gathering information. I've been getting reports from their leader ever since he stopped by the base. I don't think they have made much progress towards finding a way home though. No one even knows why we are here."

Booker stopped and looked at Angus, measuring him. He needed to know how far to trust a stranger and it was hard to tell. "Look, in my opinion, if you want to get started on solving the mystery, talk to the following people when you can. Yellow Flicker from the traveling explorers. Odessa, Sierra and myself from the Base. Rory and Nei'ess from the Library. Perhaps Lady Niji of the Fountain, but I would caution you that I have heard she is tricky to deal with."
