Content: The arrival of X'enodrove and ensuing madness

He was laying there, and he honestly couldn't have told you how long he had been on the ground. He couldn't tell you much of anything, seeing as he was unconscious. It wasn't every day that X'enodrove was launched into a parallel dimension, and it would seem that such a transfer was more than his system could handle, especially when his body had been between forms. So, as he lay prostrate on the floor, a passerby would have been horrified at what they saw. For X'eno was currently sporting a horrendous blend of spider and drow, a form known as a Drider to the people of the Underdark.
Dust motes danced in the still air, moving slightly by the shallow breaths coming from the gapping maw of X'eno. His pedipalps stirred as a groan escaped his arachnid mouth. Sight returned to the eight eyes slowly, as they were almost entirely blind in the light of this new world. An arm flung over the eight staring eyes. He slowly righted himself, using one arm to push his torso off of the ground. Once he had his shoulders verticle, his legs began moving in jerky motions as they rose one side of his body and then the other. His arm slid down so that his eyes could peek through coal-dark fingers.
The room that he found himself in was not terribly interesting. There were... books? The word sounded right, but did not hold any value or importance to the mind that controlled most of X'eno's body. His head turned, letting the stationary eyes scan the rest of the eyes. There were humanoid objects such as chairs, tables, books, shelves. His pedipalps jerked in frustration. Where was food? Where was darkness? Where was a good place to hide? Finally his eyes landed upon a passageway out of the strange caverouns space it was in; a doorway. X'eno's body sprang to action, leaping onto a wall and skittering through the door.
