Adobe was barely aware of her surroundings, let alone that she was being spoken to again. Thankfully it registered far quicker than it had with Niji, though, and she let out a faint sigh while scratching the back of her neck beneath her frayed, falling apart braid.

"Erm... we went to the hospital to try and help out after some monster attacked the kids there. By the time we got there the creature was gone, but had done a lot of damage. Katsu and Ahime both had been hurt pretty badly. There were three others - Silence, Toyota and Kelly who seemed to fair much better, but had only been there for part of it from what I understand."

She paused a bit to recap mentally what happened after that. Her head twinged a bit, but she ignored it for the sake of continuing on.

"We got everyone patched up and taken inside, and then we found a place to sleep for the night. When I woke up Ahime was downstairs holding on to Toyota's journal. She was gone, and Silence seemed to be missing too. She assumed the worst, that they were dead, but there were no signs of them outside of the hospital anywhere. It was about then that I also realized Katsu wasn't in his bed. I went looking for him and... found that mess outside. I can only guess that he found the others out of their beds and went wandering out of concern for them, but met up with more gimas than he could handle."

Frowning, she glanced at the unconscious girl, voice dropping low with regret and sadness.

"When she was screaming out there... she said 'you said I could come home with you'. The two were... close. And it sounds like he made a promise to her to try and find a way back. If she can't return to her own home, then I think this girl has lost far more than any of us could ever imagine..."
