The boy stepped outside, his sensing having already alerted him to their newest arrival. As she seemed content to sit still for the moment, he directed his attention to the denizen flying away. The signature was the same as the boy from last night, so a shapeshifter of some sort. Words appeared in the air as Nei'ess extended his magic to write in front of their guest. We are holding a meeting in the courtyard to discuss certain issues important to all of us. You are welcome to join. We have no wish to exclude any of the people who are here.
That message relayed, Nei'ess turned his attention to the new woman sitting in his library with an air of cold efficiency brought on by his current stressed-out mood. Once things calmed down, he'd take time to process what Ana leaving meant for all the people here he cared about. For now though, he had a job. Greetings, stranger. I suppose you're right on time. We were about to hold a meeting. Consider yourself invited, so long as you are peaceful and not some sort of homicidal maniac out to kill us all. I am Nei'ess. Welcome to the Library.
Nei'ess settled himself down comfortably against the wall surrounding the courtyard, regarding the gathering through closed eyes. Emerald jumped over to snuggle in his lap. Solluna is a nice enough place, if you don't mind the dangerous wildlife, poor living conditions, constant red day, and having no way to get home.
The sprites should bring the last of them soon, having found Hardy and Dart. The sleeping woman with the strange armor did not seem to be within his wards at the moment and Ana had chosen to leave.
