IT fairy needed...
Solving all kinds of technical problems on my own literally turns my hair grey. Esp if all my attempts seem useless. I got the suspicion about something being wrong with either my discman or my CD burner (or both) after I discovered that the discman has got a problem with playing two of the recently burned CD's. The sound was way too jumpy at times, which certainly annoyed the hell out of me. Yet those CD's played all fine when I tried playing them on the computer, and no error message appeared during the burning process. Go figure. Maybe the CD burning hardware is getting old and weary physically, or there was something wrong with the CD blanks I used... a million possible maybes. Today I got a CD lens cleaner disc which I ran both on my CD-ROM and the discman, so let's see if that helped...
Downloaded two more Queen Adreena albums (Taxidermy and Drink Me) in addiction to Butcher and the Butterfly that I had before, plus Eleventeen by Daisy Chainsaw; currently trying to get Deus Ex Machina by Liv Kristine, and maybe Moonspell's and Lacuna Coil's latest albums as well if I find them on Soulseek. Should make some new avatars too...
