for the first time in two weeks, i actually woke up in time to go to my first class today *shocked face*! for real. maybe this whole "going to sleep earlier" thing is a good idea *wink*. i love how i'm so perceptive and quick to discover the obvious :D.
i also love my work, i can't believe i get paid to talk and have fun :]. we went to laguna beach with the students today and it was hella fun :D! we played around in the sand and water, and played around by the tidepools looking for sea anemones, hermit crabs etc. the students were very delighted and i think they had a great time :]. i even hung out with my co-workers, adrian & sarath altho richard seemed kinda down today :P. the guys are really cool to chill with, we never get much time to talk because we have our own students/program :].
my highlight of the day has to be seeing those nuns arriving at the beach on razor scooters and playing beach volleyball! it was the FUNNIEST thing! and then afterwards, they attempted to play basketball in their outfits! we were all snapping pictures away, too funny of an opportunity to pass :D! it might have been a photo shoot tho, but it was hella wack *wink*.
i got a splinter in my finger today :[. it hurted like a bitch but sarath helped me, thanx :]. i sat there and picked at it with a pin from the back of my nametag. i now have a hole on my left ring finger :P. it's healing. i'm a big girl now, i had a traumatizing experience with splinters when i was younger :].
american idol was hella funny today :D!!! haha the "the good, the worst and the ugly" ... i was seriously rolling on the floor laughing :D! i wish i had taped it, i would resort to it whenever i'm feeling down :]. i don't mean to be mean but you have to see it, it's too funny :D.
hehe ok enough laughs for me, i think i need to start studying for my math midterm ... so screwed for this thing :P. i don't know wtf is going on in this class *sigh ... the good news is once this midterm is done, i'm good until finals week :D! so leave me alone for another week, ok :]?
