TPTB: Yes, I'm sorry you missed the meeting on Friday and I couldn't be bothered to send out an email announcement, but I'm afraid I must insist.
TheLizzie: But you could have picked anyone to go first. Why didn't you pick someone who was at the meeting?
TPTB: Well, time's awasting. Tell me, (consults his notes) TheLizzie, why do you think you should continue to be an important part of the Soliefriends blog?
TheLizzie: Do you even know who I am?
TPTB: Consults his notes again Uh, no.
TheLizzie: And yet you feel qualified to rule on whether I belong here?
TPTB: Of course. I'm the boss. It's my job.
TheLizzie: And people ask me why I left corporate America and they can't figure it out. Here's your clue, I don't work for you. You don't pay me for this. I do this as a personal favour to Emma to bring a extraoffice feel to the blog and make it more interesting to people who aren't corporate drones or shills. You're darn lucky to have my time. And the only reason I'm here talking to you right now is because I was promised cookies.
TPTB: Any threads do you feel soliefriends has left unexplored?
TheLizzie: Needs more outside activities. People do things besides work, you know.
TPTB: Not on my time.
TheLizzie: What happens now?
TPTB: We're glad you're a valuable member of the soliefriends team and we hope to have continuing success as a blog moving into the future.
TheLizzie: You're not listening to anything I say, are you?
TPTB: Yes, I admit my leadership has been stellar and I'm proud to have built soliefriends into an international blogging powerhouse.
TheLizzie: You've never even read the blog have you?
TPTB: With my vision, we will grow the blog into the next century. Next please.
TheLizzie leaves and sees Lena in the hallway.
Lena: So who is this guy?
TheLizzie: I have no idea.
Lena: I read on Yahoo! Finance that he bought the blog.
TheLizzie: I didn't know it was for sale.
Lena: Well, both Emma and Solies deny selling it.
TheLizzie: Then who did?

Screech: And those idiots still think they own the blog. I tell you Nigel, this is the smartest idea I've had since moving away from Aberystwyth.
