Need Screams from the Abyss
Today Fred FM reported that they got a call saying that gas prices could reach 1.80 in a day or so.
A few hours later they confirmed that the call was a hoax.
Meanwhile, out my office window there is a massive line up of vehicles stretching all the way back to hanwell road.
They are all lined up at the Trius gas station.
Who was the caller, and are they profiting off the hoax.
My guess is definitely.
Is this fear and desperation a gasoline spattered harbringer of future fiery doom?

(update: Another station just confirmed that gas prices in Moncton have hit 1.98 Are they reacting to the rumour? Or is the price hike justified? With all the misinformation, who can tell?)
