My uncle is here from Canada and you know what he brought me (besides two Vancouver 2010 Olympics shirts)? Chocolate mint fudge!!! This is so awesome! Because I love it and it is, unfortunately, besides cream soda and really tasty maple syrup the only thing you absolutely CAN'T get in Germany! OMG, now MUST EAT (or at least hide) it NOW before my Dad finds out because if he does I can forget about it. He has no qualms whatsoever eating my stuff -_-;;
I've got an A in British studies because apparently I'm the only one in the whole class who knows who David Cameron is. Which is sort of sad. On the other hand, Ms Moers' only comment when she gave us back our group work: "You are to translate this for the BBC, not the Ali G. Show." *cough*. And because I don't have to study so much anymore, I had a little time to make this:
Well, yeah, I know. I will make this Allelujah skin, I promise! Just not... now. But I'm working on it and the base is almost finished.
OK, I admit that I don't like this skin. It's downright fugly too, well, busy. And I know the buttons are hard to find unless you absolutely know where they are. But the base looked so much better and I'm trying to redeem that in the Alle skin which will be a similar style. Or maybe I should finally work on the Saiunkoku Monogatari wallpaper? SO MUCH FREE TIME ON MY HANDS!!! ^^;;
BTW,
irian, got your postcard! It's beautiful! Thank you! :D
Firefox still refuses to work. Damn. And I thought I had kicked out every single damn file in order to start from the scratch but apparently there are backups of the backups of the backups. Somewhere. DAMN YOU, FIREFOX SAFETY NET! Yeah, I've still got my trusty Opera but working with only one reliable browser makes me nervous :(
