Sooo.... new layout! Tweaking is done, still not perfect but at least now it looks as bad in FF as it does in IE *lol*. And it's NOT manga/anime! Instead I took one of the default layouts of the new Expressive theme (Bunnylicious? Bunny Hill? Can't remember <-- no memory to speak of) and spiced it up a little (Idlechan nekos FTW). Usi, even you should like the colours ^.~
Amazon just shipped my Corda vol. 1; I can't wait! Together with Oyayubihime 2 (which is still on preorder ><) it's the manga I've been anticipating most. *wibble*
Although I should actually at least pretend to be interested in school. I mean... yes, I AM interested but now that everything is in English again it's far less stressful and a lot more fun. The only problem I have right now is that after the first semester I'll have to 'specialize', that means to choose which direction I want to go to. I have to pick either engineering or economy and right now I'm still undecided. Sure, economy would be great because I already know most of the vocabluary and the system behind it. But then, engineering would be a lot more interesting. Also, career prospects would be better with engineering because fewer people choose it. And I like the teachers more. I recently went to have a coffee with Judith, who used to be in my class up to a year ago but went into translation immediately while I was doing the Euro course (so she is my sempai now, for lack of a better word *gg*). I asked her what she did and how did she choose. I was hoping for something like "I did reseach on the internet and economy was definitely the more useful of the two." or "I read that you needed more understanding of physics for engineering and thought that it wasn't for me." What I got was "Oh, that... I flipped a coin." I didn't ask any further. That's Judith for you.
But maybe she has a point. If I still don't know what to do in January, I guess I'll have to resort to the same procedure.
Um... Otter? We were talking about Vie Durant, ne?
Look what someone posted on
seiyuu this morning. Unfortunately, no OAV. Yet. But I thought you might be interested. I'm still thinking about our FST project and found the
angemedia post I was looking for. I'll get in touch later.
Because before I do something else I need to install the brand new 512 MB RAM into my computer since it needed an upgrade (512 MB with a 2+ GHz processor is a joke). And since my Dad is not here and won't be here for the next two weeks because he is in Berlin (working!), I need to do it on my own and this might become tricky if something unexpected happens. So if you don't see anything of me in the next few weeks, you know why x_X.
Or maybe I should eat something first. Japanese was early today so I had no time for lunch T_T.
Edit: Yay, RAM successfully installed. Now on to the hardcore-testing! *opens current photoshop project with a 220 MB file*
