January: Wow, there are SO many new posts since last night. We all wanted to share about our new year's eves!
February: I am seriously in love with Kimya Dawson. Also, jalapeño poppers.
March: My date from last night ... hasn't ended yet.
April: Writer's Block question: "If you were independently wealthy, where in the world would you live and how would you spend your time?" Ha, that's easy. I would take at least 3-5 years and backpack the world. Starting with Europe and then taking the OzBus from London to Sydney, then do Australia and New Zealand, visit my family in Malaysia, do South East Asia and Japan/Korea, then back to Eastern Europe and Latin America... Yeah, I haven't put any thought into this at all. ;)
May: Off to NYC! The last few days I've been wanting to post to LJ, tell you guys about different things, and especially to post my NYC itinerary for your feedback and suggestions -- but sadly it's been CRAZY and I only have a few minutes to post this.
June: I'm starting to realize that I'm getting upset more than usual, and much quicker than usual. It's almost like *snap* and I'm suddenly really upset, my voice coloured and thick with emotion, a burning heat in my stomach aching to come out, and feeling relieved a bit as the frustration ebbs out of my vocal chords.
July: Last year I celebrated Canada Day in Houston, Texas. Yes, you read that right. It was AWESOME.
August: Does anyone know where I can find PDF scans of Breaking Dawn?
September: After an Obama win, I'm moving south. [Link to story on Canadian politics.]
October: To the Aussies on my flist: Have you guys heard about this controversy?
"[Current Canadian Prime Minister] Stephen Harper's 2003 speech urging Canada to join the U.S. assault on Iraq was plagiarized from one given by the Australian prime minister two days previously..."
November: [NaNo word count image] Now my real reason for posting: the American election tomorrow. Remember to vote! I admire my friend in Florida, snapdragon76, who waited in line to vote a few days ago for four hours and didn't mind one bit. That's awesome.
December: I'm way behind in watching Heroes, but I've been hearing pretty consistently that it really goes downhill this season.
And now I'm leaving for the Thank God NaNoWriMo is Over party! And I really am! Thanking god that NaNo is over. I am dead tired. I have decided to make year-long writing goals, though, starting with writing 10k this month. So that's neat. :)
