24!! I have to say I wasn't totally blown away by the first 2 hours, but I think that's just cause it has set the bar so high in the past. Still enjoyable, though.
I think the only thing we know about Morris is that he's Chloe's ex-husband (not just a bf). He was introduced pretty late last season as being transferred to LA CTU because they needed the manpower (To replace Edgar? From the chemical attack? Was that last season? I'm getting all my insane terrorist plots confused :-P). I think he and Chloe had worked together before at CTU, just at a different office.
Head of CTU is definitely Buchanan, but remember CTU was "absorbed" by Homeland Security last year. I think by the end of the season they decided that CTU had some good assets, so it became more of a merger than a takeover. I think Nadia may be the highest ranking Homeland Security official, which is why she was in the know about what was going on with Jack. But it's not clear if she or Buchanan has the higher rank. And plus, we've got Audrey floating around somewhere as the liaison to the DoD. So potentially we have three people "in charge" which I'm sure will lead to some tense "THIS IS NOT YOUR JURISDICTION!!" moments in a few hours episodes.
I don't think we've ever met Palmer's sister before, have we?

Ahhhh right about Morris. Strange that they're back together. I guess he's not a bad guy, just a bit jerkish. I don't like him for some reason.
And that makes sense about the competing heads. It will be interesting to see it play out.
Hmmm, maybe this was another case of me getting excited about the actress and then figuring she'd been in the show before. Someone else on my flist mentioned that we haven't.
