Where have all the like likes gone? D:
Wheeeeee! That is the sound of joy coming from playing the new Zelda game! And now, the fangirl ramblings:
- Midna > Navi: Finally. A partner/helper that doesn't bug you every couple of minutes, telling you what to do, or going "Hey! Listen!". With her snarky, but concerned attitude, Midna appeals to me in the same way Axel does. Not to mention she's powerful and has an awesome character design!
- Transportation: Lets see.. so far in Twilight Princess I have traveled by foot, on horseback, through twilight portals, under water, in the claws of a shadow bird, by hanging on a cucco, by cannon, as a wolf, on a spinning top thing, and by riding an enemy's boar-mount. I love variety. ♥
- Characterization: Probably my favorite Link and Zelda so far. Link actually has connections to people other than Zelda/Ganon and has a good deal of personality! Zelda shows that she isn't a damsel in distress, which is always a plus, not to mention she isn't the one forcing you to go around saving Hyrule! Hurray! =D I'm so glad to be rid of the whole "Gotta save Hyrule! Gotta save the princess!" deal. Or at least be rid of them constantly throwing it in your face.
I could keep rambling, but my fingers are tripping over each other.. I'll just shut up for now...
