Summary: Harry is nervous about acting like a fool on his first holiday with Severus.
AN: Thanks for all the congratulations on the birth of my son. I’ve survived so far, but I’m dead tired. I will be making a big effort to spend time writing - when my kids stop pestering me for more than five minutes at a time.
“I’ve never been to the beach before. Not really. Uncle Vernon tried to flee to this little island once, and then there was when we were hiding out at Ron’s brother’s place. Not really a holiday.”
“Harry, you are babbling again.” Severus lying on a towel, under an umbrella doesn’t open his eyes as he chastises his companion.
“Sorry.”
“If you insist on apologizing you can reapply my sunscreen instead. I don’t want to burn.”
Harry stares at the lengthy expanse of pale skin covered only by some swimming trunks and licks his lips. “I believe I can handle that.”
