I am picking the buffet up tomorrow on my lunch break.
I shall then sand it, apply some deglosser, and paint that puppy. Also, I will get something to go on the back so that's not to boring and ugly. The tiles on the top should be pretty easy to do, and I think that will help in the kitchen immensely. If it turns out to NOT be the case, I shall sell said spiffed up buffet on CL and go from there.
There's a weird little round indent with a knob in it and I'm thinking about putting a full sized brass or crystal knob in there instead, because I think it would look cool.
