Summary: During the 12 days of Christmas, someone starts sending Sam and Dean the most unusual gifts. Basically, a Supernatural/Christmas parody.
Fic Masterpost On the fifth day of Christmas the apocalypse gave to me . . .
It was quickly becoming habit for the hunters and their angel sidekick. They were in Bobby’s kitchen the next morning, waiting for whatever strange gift would appear for the brothers. They didn’t have to wait long. The same as before, the surprise was just there.
“Fuck me sideways.”
“No thank you Samuel.” Crowley said as he looked around, observing his surroundings.
“What are you and the spawn behind you doing here?” Dean asked.
“Oh. Rather interesting story actually. I was in the process of making a deal with this rather young male performer. I thought he was a girl at first. What was his name? Jason? No, that wasn’t it. Wait! It was Justin, Justin Be - “
“Get on with it.” Bobby yelled at the annoying demon.
“Very well my dear. As I was about to seal the deal, I was taken to this rather rough looking drunk and he commanded me to come here with four other crossroads demons and do your bidding for the next eight days.”
“And you just decided to do what he said?” Sam asked, skepticism coloring his voice.
“I didn’t have a choice. Whoever he was, he was powerful. He would have killed me if I hadn’t agreed.”
“I don’t suppose you could tell us who sent you?” Bobby asked the demon.
“No. That was also part of his orders. I cannot tell you anything that might give him away until he says I can.” Crowley told the group.
“So you all have to stay here and help us for the next week?”
“Yes Dean. Or at least not get in your way for that long.” Crowley said in a condescending voice.
"So there's nothing to physically tie any of you here? And you have to come if we summon you?" Sam jumped in and asked his face still slightly red from earlier.
"Correct on both counts. We are not physically bound to stay here and do have to answer your and Dean’s summons."
"Good, then you can leave and take your friends with you. That would be the best way you could help." Ellen said, pointing at the door.
"Very well. I know when I am not wanted." At that, Crowley and his minions disappeared.
