So anyway, so anyway, i've listened to Metallica's St. Anger all the way through twice today. I must say it's really growing on me. i genuinely enjoy this side of Metallica in a bit of a raw form. i miss the guitar solos, but this CD as a statement in itself holds up very well for me. No, I don't really think you ought to hate the album. I felt the same way when Poe released her album "Haunted" and old fans responded so adversely simply because her style had changed a bit, they claimed she'd "gone Pop". I also feel similarly about M. Night Shyamalan's The Village. So many are upset with the final plot twist, but I, personally, find it to be clever in that it was the last thing anyone expected to happen. Also because I find his commentary on modern greed and violence rather interesting. But maybe that's just me. Oh well.

i haven't seen The Village yet. So you'd recommend it? i know nothing about the plot twist, so don't you go tellin' me what happens now. i have at least one friend who's seen it, and i believe he did like it
