HOSTILE!
So anyway, so anyway, i've listened to Metallica's St. Anger all the way through twice today. I must say it's really growing on me. i genuinely enjoy this side of Metallica in a bit of a raw form. i miss the guitar solos, but this CD as a statement in itself holds up very well for me. Now, with that being said, i fully expect to get as many angry comments as i do when i criticize young America's favorite iconoclast, Michael Moore. So far, in passing conversations i've had about this CD, i've heard some rather surprisingly stong negative reactions. Not every album can sound like Master of Puppets. What kind of artists would they be if they didn't change, grow, explore? So come on, everybody, tell me why i should hate this CD! ("oh, the snare sounds so terrible! wah wah wah")
